Le meilleur emplacement à Orlando. Notre appartement est entièrement rénové avec un beau parquet, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine entièrement équipée toute neuve avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour. Ne manquez pas des vacances incroyables dans un lieu privilégié. Au cœur d'International Drive, un quartier plein de restaurants, bars, centres commerciaux et de nombreuses attractions. Très proche de Universal Studios, Convention Center, Sea World et à quelques minutes de Disney.
L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Une chambre a un lit king size et sa salle de bain en suite a une douche. L'autre chambre a deux lits jumeaux et sa salle de bain a une combinaison douche / baignoire. Le canapé du salon est convertible en lit queen. Il existe également un pack «n» de jeu pour les nourrissons et les rappels.
La cuisine a une plaque de cuisson à deux brûleurs, un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, un grille-pain, un mixeur et tous les plats dont vous avez besoin.
Laveuse et sécheuse sont au 3ème et 4ème étage de l'immeuble où vous logerez. Chaque cycle coûte 2,5 $.
Le parking est juste à l'extérieur, sans frais supplémentaires pour le stationnement. Des machines à glaçons et des distributeurs automatiques sont installés dans chaque bâtiment.

In the middle of it all

Cute, comfortable, updated condo in a quiet complex. Easy drive to Disney, Sea World, Camping World Stadium and very close to Universal. We would stay here again!

Perfect little condo!

Tastefully done, spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything to meet your needs. All communication with property managers was meet with a quick response. They even went the extra mile to provide a brand new pack n play for us when I asked about it at booking.

Convenient location to parks

Overall this property met our needs and expectations. It was clean and has what you need. I will say if you’ll be spending a lot of time in the condo or looking for something high end you may want to keep looking. If you’re looking for your home away from home that is close to the parks then this is it. This was reasonably priced all things considered. I would say as feedback to the owners that it would be helpful to have some sort of storage containers like sandwich baggies or aluminum foil or Tupperware for leftovers or whatever have you.

Great stay

Check in was a breeze, we arrived late and was able to checkin without any delays. Owners were accesible and responsive. Very close to Universal, short drive but depends on traffic. Very close to restaurants. Condo was well equipped, as expected. No issues with the internet or water. Didn’t have time to visit pool. Condo looks renovated, but building is older.

Great location to Disney/Universal

The property is accurately described and as pictured. It was clean, convenient to parks, and had two nice pools very close to unit. When we had an issue, I called and the owner responded immediately. I would have liked to see the owner make up for the inconveniences in some way, but that didn't happen. We did have two broken elevators for one day of our stay and one full day with no water and no air conditioning. (these were on two different days). The unit is on the 8th floor. Thankfully, we are able to walk 8 flights of steps but for some people this would have been very challenging. No water and air for an entire day seems unacceptable. While I realize the owner did not have control over this, there was no type of reimbursement for this issue. I would assume the issues we had are isolated and given that, I would recommend this property to others who are wanting something close to parks.

The condo is nice, but the building had a few issues

The pictures of the property were spot on. It is nice inside and comfortable. In case you didn't see, there is no oven. The host was also very communicative and when we had to add a day they got back to me right away. It is on one of the upper floors of the building and it only has one working elevator. We overheard that it has been like that for 2 years. One of the laundry rooms was out of order, as well, though it didn't affect us too much. The location was very good and close to the convention center. It was fairly easy to get in and out (we were there for volleyball nationals). Lots of good restaurants nearby, too. Overall it was a good property.

Nice property and good location

The listing is pretty accurate. Very nice rooms and convenient location. Beds are firm, if you like that. Only downside was the elevator- one wasn’t running the entire time we were there and the other was very slow.

Great place, perfect location!

Our stay was great! The location is walking distance to International drive, and very close to the Universal Parks and all the other attractions. It was stocked with everything a family of 4 needs, even pool towels! :) The pictures are very accurate, and the grounds are very well kept. Pools were nice, beds were comfortable.

It’s 10 minutes from Sea World and also 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops
If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 9 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away.
If you are not renting a car you could either use Uber/taxi to get to the Parks or you could use the shuttle departing right outside the guest registration area (not free). Fees do apply!
