Casa Heron est nouvelle sur le marché de la location à court terme et disponible à un taux d'introduction imbattable de 100 $ à 150 $ par nuit (200 $ à 250 $ pour Noël et New York), selon la taille de votre groupe, alors profitez de cette offre!
Casa Heron est situé dans la communauté fermée privée de Manuel Antonio Estates. Les motifs sont couverts de forêts tropicales luxuriantes et la faune comme les singes et les oiseaux exotiques sera visible de la maison sur une base quotidienne.
Notre bureau est ici sur place, nous serons donc en mesure de vous aider avec tout et n'importe quoi, y compris des visites et activités, des recommandations de restaurants et des informations générales sur la région. Nous avons également notre spa Raindrop rajeunissant sur place!
Le nettoyage à l'arrivée et au départ est inclus, pour les séjours d'une semaine complète, nous incluons un nettoyage supplémentaire en milieu de séjour.
L'enregistrement a lieu à 15h00 et le départ à 11h00, cependant, si nous n'avons pas de réservations qui se chevauchent, nous pouvons être en mesure d'accueillir les enregistrements anticipés ou les départs tardifs.
Autres choses à noter:
- L'eau de tabulation est potable.
- Si vous avez une voiture de location, nous vous recommandons un 4x4 car l'allée menant à la maison est raide. Ou vous pouvez vous garer près du bureau et marcher 5 minutes.
- Si vous ne louez pas de voiture, c'est à 10 minutes à pied de Quepos ou à 5 de l'arrêt de bus pour la plage et le parc MA (+15 minutes en bus).
- À Quepos, vous trouverez toutes les commodités, y compris les épiceries, les restaurants, les distributeurs automatiques de billets et les banques, et la marina.
- Des taxis sont disponibles 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 et des visites viennent vous chercher ici à notre bureau de Manuel Antonio Estates.
- Nous sommes heureux de vous aider à organiser votre séjour, y compris le transport et les réservations de visites comme les tyroliennes, les visites guidées du parc, le rafting, les VTT, l'équitation, les épices, etc.

Had a great time. Def recommend a 4X4 for driveway if you are renting a car.Perfect location to beach and Quepos and surrounding areas. Beautiful home.

We loved the close proximity to downtown Quepos & Marina Pez Vela. Great place to stay for exploring Manuel Antonio, Quepos, Domincal, etc. Howler & Capuchin monkeys along with Scarlett McCaws were regular visitors in the area and the lush green surroundings were just what we needed for a winter vacation from the cold. The home was very well stocked with appliances, towels, toiletries & the pool was perfect for the warm afternoons. The steep driveway was fine as long as you have a 4x4 or for local taxi drivers.

We had such a great stay. The communication between the staff and us was exceptional. I love how transportation was arranged to pick us up right at the office. We could definitely go back!

Need 4x4

The stay was awesome. Definitely need a 4x4 vehicle if you want to drive up to the house. Andres and Julio are wonderful and managed to get schedule us a fishing charter which was fun. Great location to either Quepos or Manuel Antonio! Really like the area and will be back in the future.

Great location

The home was very nice. Bathrooms were not very stocked with towels or paper. There is no AC in the living quarters, but great AC in bedrooms.

Perfect Family Villa

We chose this villa because it had 3 bedrooms (kids didn't need to share a bed), laundry and air conditioning. It was fantastic! The property manager was amazing. He suggested a place to visit while the villa was being cleaned at check in as well as other suggestions in the area. The driveway is steep! We were a little nervous turning the corner with our car. We saw beautiful wildlife on the property including monkeys, birds, butterflies and lizards. The property manager was also very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a family friendly place close to town.

Treacherous location

The house is OK. But the road up the hill is dangerously steep. Most vehicles could not climb the hill, and when the road is wet from the frequent rain, it becomes as slick as ice. I fell walking down the hill wearing Teva sandals. I wan’t hurt, but if you are not agile and sure footed, this isn’t the place for you.

Fun Family Time

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The house was lovely and as described. We enjoyed the pool and a/c in the bedrooms. The hum of Cicadas were a little unnerving until we figured it out, but we also enjoyed monkeys, Iguanas, Butterflies and Hummingbirds. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The one downside as described by others is the very steep driveway. We did not have a 4x4, and it was scary and rough to go up and down. We got a couple of tips on how to best tackle it by a neighbor and that helped. Walking up and down the hill is an option but I only walked UP once and I was done. Great location for activities and beach.

Very nice home near Manuel Antonio

We didn't need a 3-bedroom home but we loved the location near Manuel Antonio and the private pool. Being summer 2021 - privacy is important. My girlfriend wanted out of San Jose - this was great. With the unfortunate depressed tourist year, we had Manuel Antonio nearly to ourselves. The monkeys wouldn't leave us alone. Fantastic property and location. Great restaurants along the stretch between the house and the park. All are practicing good safety protocols. The country would appreciate your support of you've ever thought about a trip to Costa Rica. This home is an excellent place for exploring Manuel Antonio and the Quepos area of the Pacific coast. Beautiful.

Helpful staff, convenient location, nice home

Beautiful home. Clean and well kept, if a bit dated in terms of paint and finishes. Agree that the driveway is a doozy—especially in the dark. I was glad we had 4-wheel drive. The home can be quite warm (at least in March), but the bedrooms are well air-conditioned. We did not use the pool—it was attractive and the water was clear though it was on the smaller side and didn’t especially interest the kids (early teens). The location was convenient to Manuel Antonio, the beaches, and local restaurants. Andrés and the staff on site were super friendly and great to work with—provided many helpful recommendations and were very attentive to the one minor issue we had (disruption in hot water/water pressure one evening). Would gladly stay again or recommend to others.

Great location, wonderful service

My adult son and I spent a month staying at this property in Quepos. It was perfectly situated between the practical town of Quepos and the exciting Manuel Antonio. The house was very clean and maid service was included. The service from David and Andres was spectacular. Any questions we had they answered instantaneously. The pool in the back patio was delightful on the very hot days. It also provided a wonderful show of wildlife every afternoon and evening. The only challenge was the incredibly steep walk and driveway. Get ready for some exercise! And, watch the bottom of your cars. Thank you for an excellent stay!
