Luxueuse maison Ă  aire ouverte de 2 Ă©tages avec 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bains, sa propre piscine privĂ©e, de grands terrasses et patios, des plafonds intĂ©rieurs de 20 pieds dans le salon et la salle Ă  manger principaux, une cuisine complĂšte, un service de blanchisserie disponible sur demande et de grandes fenĂȘtres donnant dans le jardin et la jungle. Il peut accueillir confortablement 6 et jusqu'Ă  8 personnes. Conçu pour assurer une intimitĂ© maximale dans chaque chambre - parfait pour les amis ou les parents qui peuvent prendre la chambre principale avec une salle de bain privĂ©e et un patio au rez-de-chaussĂ©e pendant que les enfants jouent dans leur propre chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage.

La Casa Bosque Verde est équipée pour la vie quotidienne, la cuisine, les repas à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur et le sommeil. Comprenant: chaßne stéréo, 4 télévisions, un barbecue à gaz et service téléphonique. La piscine privée a 3 niveaux de terrasse qui l'entourent avec une chaise longue confortable à clapet et de nombreuses chaises longues. En outre, Internet Wi-Fi pour votre ordinateur portable ou appareil mobile. A un parking sécurisé à l'intérieur de la porte avec un gardien sur place et sympathique. Des services de conciergerie sont également disponibles.

Cette maison est dans un emplacement trĂšs central. Une fois Ă  la maison, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'Ă  des restaurants, une Ă©picerie, un cafĂ©, des bars au coucher du soleil et la plage. La plage est Ă  25 minutes Ă  pied de l'extrĂ©mitĂ© surf de la plus grande plage. Il y a des arrĂȘts de bus et des stations de taxis au bout de notre route et Ă  droite. Le trajet en taxi ou en bus vers le parc national et l'autre bout de la plage n'est qu'Ă  quelques minutes. Les bus circulent toutes les 20 minutes environ. Casa Bosque Verde est situĂ©e dans un quartier typique du Costa Rica avec un mĂ©lange de maisons de style diffĂ©rent et de niveaux de revenu. Ne vous contentez pas de visiter le Costa Rica ....... Very beautiful, clean, and well maintained property. Gated. Had everything you need. Great WiFi too. When we arrived kitchen was already stocked with some fresh fruit, coffee, water bottles and ice in the freezer. Such a nice touch! Air conditioning worked great throughout the home! Pool area was so cute and secluded feeling. Back porch was great , loved hanging out in the hammock and enjoying the views! Saw some wildlife in the backyard. Location is great! Vanessa was helpful with our questions and helped us in booking our guided tour to MA National park, which is a MUST if you go! The public beach was amazing. Water SO warm and soft sandy bottom. Antonio was on site if we ever had any questions which was nice! He helped us maneuver when we had to park our large vehicle in the not so large parking area, until we eventually became pros :). There is a little grocery/convenience store right at the end of the road. Great property!

We loved this house, spending 8 nights there. The location was great: close to the wonderful beach at Manual Antonio, about a 10 min drive, a short walk to a very nice grocery store as well as good restaurants. We saw more animals at the house than at the national park - jungle paradise. Everything was well maintained including the swimming pool and the surrounding grounds along with enough private parking for 2 cars. I definitely recommend this lovely property and will rent again the next time I’m in beautiful Costa Rica.

Everything at Casa Bosque Verde was perfect for our family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook meals, plus the option of a private chef was extra special. The house was kept spotless by Ana, the housekeeper, and Antonio, the grounds keeper, made sure the pool was clean at all times. Communication with Vanessa was great and she had our activity itinerary all ready for us before we arrived. Plus she arranged private transportation to and from San Jose. We can’t say enough good things about our stay in Manuel Antonio!

When we arrived, we were surprised to find the home in a typical Costa Rican neighborhood. Some homes are rentals, similar to this one, others pieced together with metal, without windows or doors. The home is well-protected by high walls and a pretty gate. After a day or two, we were more comfortable in our surroundings and walked to restaurants and the grocery store at the bottom of the hill. The neighbors were outside visiting most evenings, kids playing ball or riding bikes in the street. They were all friendly and we wished we knew more Spanish to be able to communicate with them. The home was great! A beautiful jungle view from every window Antonio does a great job keeping up with the pool and landscaping daily. He was always near if we needed anything. We loved waking up at 5:15 to see the monkeys. The first morning a family of monkeys came and ate an egg on our roof. We also got to see toucans, hummingbirds, agoutis, a giant iguana in a tree, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. Two negatives- if you leave any food item out in the kitchen, you’ll draw tiny ants. Quickly. Second, the master shower is open and water sprays all over the floor. Not deal breakers- but worth noting.Vanessa was fantastic at answering every question quickly with great reds- food, activities,taxi driverOne other note, read up on scammers near Manuel Antonio. I had only read how great the park was, but there is story after story of scams with park tickets, parking and nearby beach access.

Absolutely amazing. The listing says Washer and Dryer available, but you have to have housekeeping do your laundry, My daughters are very picky on how they wash their clothes, and wanted to wash them their selves. Housekeeping was great on how they handled their clothes. I liked that they had someone staying in the front house at all times. It felt very safe for my family and our belongings. Highly Recommend...

Paradise backyard

This property is immaculate. Extremely well cared for. Two bedrooms upstairs, main bedroom downstairs. Gorgeous back patio with comfortable long table and fans - we had several meals here and played games every evening here. Pool. Lush backyard with several animal and bird sightings daily. Close enough to walk safely to multiple restaurants. Our favorite Cafe Milagro-- get their daily specials! Kitchen very well stocked! Pans have been upgraded and were amazing. Spices, coffee always appreciated and available. Very close drive minutes, to several beaches and Manuel Antonio park. Woiuld definitely stay here again!

Lush Outdoor Oasis in a Desirable Location

My family (me, my husband, and kids (10, 8)) stayed at CBV at end Apr 25. We loved our stay and highly recommend it for families. The backyard is a lush oasis with shaded seating options, a lovely pool, and many animal spotting opportunities (we saw many white-faced monkeys, some squirrel monkeys, heard the howler monkeys, and saw and heard many birds). Our kids were always entertained and loved the property too. The location is excellent - close to the Super Joseth and the various restaurants (our favorite - Cafe Milagro) to which we walked during the day (Manuel Antonio has one main busy road to walk along) and drove at night. The house is in a local neighborhood which added to its character (eg street party on Saturday night). As a niche note on soccer, we had hoped for our kids to play some local soccer at the nearby field, but did not end up doing this as the recommendation was not to walk in the neighborhood at night, MA is an early town, and we were there during the end of the dry season and dinner time sometimes came with torrential rains (exciting to hear, but not soccer-friendly).On Staff:We arrived late so we did not meet the property manager in person, however Vanessa was very responsive and ensured that the caretaker was there to meet us. Antonio, the caretaker was always a friendly face and there to help if we needed it. He also shared some ripe mangoes from the tree in the yard (amazing!). We did meet the cleaning lady Ana and she was lovely as well.

Private, relaxing, full of natural beauty

I felt like I had a private jungle here. A bunch of bananas were hanging from a banana tree over the pool chairs. I saw capuchin monkeys in the backyard every morning between 5:30 am and 6:30 am. They always moved in the same direction, like it was part of their daily commute. My kids, ages 6 and 11, had a lot of fun playing together in the pool, day and night. The house was spacious and comfortable. A grocery store and restaurants were within walking distance. This place was perfect!

Just 100% amazing

Every part of this home is incredible. It’s very private and spacious while having all needed amenities like a full kitchen, movie library, cold AC and warm extra blankets. The pool and deck area was wonderful and we swam every day. There is a ton of wildlife you can see within the backyard. We heard howlers and toucans daily, and saw capuchins, many species of birds (including a pair of macaws) and reptiles.We saw Antonio (groundskeeper) most often and he was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the gated parking. It’s within walking distance of a grocery store and Soda Angel. Would 100% recommend to others.

Excellent and Amazing!

Loved the house and location. Waking up to the sounds of macaws and monkeys was a fantastic way to get up each morning. Good water pressure, AC. Beds were pretty hard if you are sensitive to that. I would have liked to have done my own laundry, but instead Anna charges 10 per load. Not a bad deal, just have to plan ahead for it (same day service, laundry is on site just locked).The home was like a private paradise. I cant say enough about Vanessa, the manager/concierge for the property. She helped book everything we wanted to do with great advice along the way. Forget Viator or any other sites, book direct with Vanessa's help and get the best rates with the best local guides. She doesn't charge and she is not pushy at all. But I did tip her well! All excursions picked us up at our doorstep. She also arranged the long taxi rides to the airport. Significantly better rates and service than I could have done on my own. Have any issues... just open the front door and call for Antonio. He will help in a heartbeat, like when I did not know how to turn on the stove. Pool and grounds super well maintained. Great location to be central to anything you want to do or eat. 10 to 12 taxi ride to most anything, that was for a larger vehicle to fit 5 of us. During the day we would walk to eat out, at night a little scarier because sidewalks are scarce. People in the area super friendly

Paradise for the whole family

We loved everything about this beautiful house. We saw capuchin monkeys, spider monkeys, scarlet macaws and toucans, plus a cute pair of agoutis that my kids named “Sweetie Pie” and “Cutie Pie”. Howler monkeys woke us up at dawn. Vanessa is a fantastic host, Antonio always has a smile on his face, and Anna the housekeeper was so helpful with our laundry. I would say, if you have small kids, just be mindful that the entryway and two bedrooms are upstairs, and require navigating a rather open balcony. But we just told the kids all of the upstairs was off limits and it wasn’t an issue. The pool was incredible, and the house is walking distance to a grocery store. Location can’t be beat! 10/10!

Lovely retreat

Our family spent a magical 4 days here. The home and backyard were absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, and comfortable inside - fabulous natural surroundings outside with plenty of wildlife. We saw many monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and coati - almost every day! We cooked some meals at home, and walked easily to local restaurants on other nights. The staff is great - friendly and helpful. (My one suggestion is that they get new pans in the kitchen.)I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

Family vacation

Perfect property in the heart of Manuel Antonio

Casa Bosque Verde was perfect for our group of two couples and we even had an extra bedroom that we didn't touch. The house and property was beautiful and very clean. When we arrived, Antonio the groundskeeper was waiting for us and we walked in to dinner being cooked by Chef Sofia, which I highly recommend as an add on. It just started our trip out right. Every morning we woke up to the sound of two macaws that would land in the backyard. Every afternoon, capuchin monkeys, parakeets, toucans, and an agouti would visit the backyard and keep us entertained while we were in the pool. There was more wildlife here than at the national park. Antonio and Anna kept the house and property perfectly clean and Antonio was always waiting at the gate when we would return. The house is within walking distance or an $8 cab ride of almost anything you could want. The house had AC in the bedrooms to keep you cool at night and a single AC in the house to keep it comfortable. I would highly recommend this house for anyone that wants to be in the middle of Manuel Antonio but also wants to feel like they are in the middle of the jungle too.

We had a wonderful stay. We loved how we could walk to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. Antonio and Anna were wonderful and so welcoming. We really enjoyed all of the wildlife we saw from the house (2 different kinds of monkeys, so many birds and agoutis!). Would highly recommend to anyone!

Huge Red Flag!

Just return home after staying the last 5 nights of our vacation here. The house itself is great. Beautiful garden and yard/pool area. Super clean and great staff on hand. Antonio was very pleasant. Anna too. Here’s the thing. Next door second floor construction was going on the entire time we were there. Grinding welding smoke coming through the yard and clanging metal all day long from 7am till 5 pm. Everyday! The workers gawking at us. I have to say it definitely put a huge damper on our stay. You couldn’t be outside long without getting super irritated. Forget reading a book or relaxing at this “hidden oasis”. We didn’t want to be there during the day ever. Inside the house was the same. You could hear everything all day. No privacy either with the workers right beside us. I am not usually a complainer. I understand the owner has no control over this. That being said and understood I would have appreciated some kind of heads up about this. The property is described as a hidden oasis with privacy and any other given time I’m sure it is perfect. I did bring this to Vanessa’s attention and she was very understanding. I told her we would have liked a heads up so we could have made a decision to change properties because clearly this wasn’t what we signed up for given the description. I asked to speak to the owner but wasn’t given the chance. So to anyone that’s booked this here is your head up! Be sure the construction is done.

Great stay

We had a blast at the house! It was gorgeous and a good amount of space. We saw many monkeys at the house. Would def stay here again.

Wish we had more time

We ended our extended trip in manuel antonio at casa bosque verde. The home is very nice and well thought out. The jungle gardens offer sightings of toucans and monkey and agoutus right at the pool. Two adult couples had plenty of room to roam and the kitchen apppintments were nice with quality knives blenders etc Antonio the on site handyman and guard is a gem. What a great guy all though you will need the translator app on your phone if you dont speak spanish.. safely guarded by a fence and roll gate along with his presence gives you piece of mind if you go out. Location is great to several eats and the convenience shops. Very short drive to MA beach and park If you havent been try to avoid MA beach on the weekend its a total zoo with it being massivley busy with locals and as such the weird locals parking bullying pay scheme at full tilt. The weekdays was way easier . Monday, the neighbor house started construction. This was unfortunate but i can not knock the home or the owner for this real life event. I would suspect the extremely loud construction noise to be over by april 2024. Made back yard enjoyment in the afternoon very difficult on our last day but we rolled with it. Only suggestion is a black out blind or curtain in the downstairs bedroom as the street light shines through the window quite brightly making it harder to get a full nite sleep . Overall what a terrific place with location ammenities antonio and pool Thank you would love to return
