Great beachhouse for a group

We enjoyed our stay here. The general atmosphere of a beach cottage suited our mood well, and the beach access was excellent.

Wonderful stay near the beach!

We had a great time at this property! It was a short walk to the beach and they offered beach toys and umbrellas, etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the communication was great! Would highly recommend!

Overall good place to stay. However, I would not recommend it for staying with kids under 2. The doors were very loud and the walls were thin. We had to buy wd40 and oil all the door hinges after it woke the babies on multiple occasions. We also had a mouse problem. The place was very clean but the mice were chewing through all of our packaged food. However, the owners did address it very quickly and promptly. Overall great place to stay with older kids. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and it has fewer steps than most places we have stayed on Lake Michigan. Beautiful outdoor patio as well!

This home does have monthly pest control and this was the first issue we have had unfortunately. Beautiful property with brand new backyard now open for 2027!

Refreshing spring getaway

Perfect location. Just a short walk through a wooded path to the beach! The neighborhood is so welcoming and friendly.

Little Slice of Heaven on Earth

This vacation house was clean, cute, and user friendly! It's a short and lovely walk to the private beach. Having a little one, the house was stocked with so many toys, games, and DVD's etc. We also enjoyed the blueberry bushes, apple tree with swing, screened in back porch and firepit. They were very quick to respond to any or our questions or needs.

Perfect family cottage

This is the most perfect property we have stayed at in Union Pier so far as a family. It may not be the most modern or the biggest, but it is by far the most ideal!!! It is super clean and the hosts of thought of every tiny detail -- wonderful ceiling fans in every room, towels arranged beautifully upon arrival, well-equipped for family cooking, convenient BBQ, super comfortable (if a bit small) beds, modernized showers with great water pressure, lovely outdoor shower, tons of games, wonderful firepit and your own blueberry bushes and apple tree to pick from!!!! The beautiful beach is a very short pretty walk and the neighbors are all super friendly. We absolutely loved our stay!!! The only thing I would request would be a few extra blankets on the cold nights, but otherwise EVERYTHING you could need for a family beach holiday.

Great location!

We had a fabulous week at good lattitude. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach. The property was clean and well stocked with games and toys for the kids. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect and Peaceful

The house was immaculate on arrival. The owners had even turned on all of the Christmas lights. This house is perfect and the neighborhood is amazing; lovely for quiet winter walks and meeting neighbors from a distance. Loved loved the stay here at this sweet cottage.

Girls getaway

We had the best time together - taking long walks - charcuterie at sunset on the beach - jigsaw puzzles- lots of laughs and getting a break from the heaviness of the world. This place was absolutely perfect. Would stay again!
