Situé au 23 B St directement en face de la plage et de la promenade, vous pouvez voir les feux d'artifice sans quitter l'appartement car il se trouve en face de l'immeuble. je viens d'acheter l'immeuble et sa première utilisation de t comme location à la semaine. veuillez vérifier mes autres propriétés pour m'assurer que mes invités apprécient toujours leur séjour (HA 4442398), (HA 7488625).

 8 appartements toutes les unités sont 2 chambres. Cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités, salle de bain complète avec baignoire. le salon a un ventilateur de plafond et une fenêtre AC. la chambre principale a 1 lit queen. la deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux sur des lits doubles, et un lit jumeau supplémentaire, la télévision par câble et Internet. Toutes les unités sont presque identiques dans lesquelles nous pouvons échanger l'une pour l'autre. si vous préférez le 1er étage, faites-le moi savoir, le premier étage est bon pour les personnes âgées et handicapées. nous accueillons les animaux de compagnie pour des frais supplémentaires. nous offrons 1 parking par unité, nous pouvons fournir un parking supplémentaire pour des frais supplémentaires. notre parking est serré si vous avez un gros camion, veuillez nous le faire savoir pour organiser une plus grande place dans le parking des anthères.

Good place to stay for a weekend getaway - close to beach and strip.

We liked our "apartment" stay and our only complaint is that the bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke and I didn't know we wouldn't be supplied with towels. My bad on the second part. Otherwise it was a great place close to Flamingo Coffee on the corner and the strip just a short walk away.

Thank you and sorry about the smoke smell . We don't allow any smoking inside the unuit but if any guest smoke aoutside and left the window open the smoke smell goes inside the unit . I will consider have smoking area away from the units

Was nice and roomy and great location

Overall, everything was okay. My huge complaint is the smoking. Our neighbors chain smoked and it just stunk up our whole place all weekend! They were also incredibly loud - the walls are paper thin. Move the disgusting smoking chimney thing to the side of the building away from all the rooms

Terrible overall stay charged extra for everything

You have to pay extra for another car park ing and early check in after all the other fees you pay I would never go back I have been going to Hampton over 25 years never paid for early check in

Dumpy Hampton Beach Drug Den

When I booked, I certainly didn’t expect anything fancy. I did expect family friendly accommodations and cleanliness based off of the reviews. There were stains on the comforters. The couches were covered in dark covers that haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The ac output wasn’t connected to anything so there back was blowing out hot air in the middle of a heat wave. Apparently, there is a disclaimer of this on the rental door, but not on the VRBO listing. It reeked of cigarette smoke, which the owner denies, but why would I make that up? I wanted to spend a few days at Hampton with my family, and it was so skeevy that we couldn’t even let our children sleep there. The floors were filthy. My kids feet were black from walking around barefoot for 20 minutes. We checked out as of 10A. The owner refuses to work with me on letting me get a refund. I’m not sure how these reviews are accurate. It is an overpriced drug den at best.

When it's a rainy week and you can't cancel and have a full refund for sure I'm not expecting a good review . Unfortunately we can't play god and make the rain stops so you can enjoy your vacation . Pleaseake sure to read the previous and next guest after her .

il n'y avait que 2 couteaux, que 3 chaises, un air climatisé sans le tuyau pour envoyer l'air chaud a l'extérieur. une partie de la vaisselle était sale et le plancher vraiment tres sal.

There is a notice inside the apartment syas if you want to use the pertable AC call me but you didn't , The reason for that is to hock the outside hose which you said it's not there . There is 2 chairs inside and 2 outside that can be used inside even though when you asked for more chairs I brought it for you . The floor wasn't dirty but I told you I can send the house keeping again to redo the floor you said no .

Great location

There’s so much to do in Hampton Beach and it can all be done from this location. The property is not a five star hotel. It is a basic place to sleep and shower while at the beach.

Property is as described! No surprises!!

We have rented from Sami before at this same location and property is as described. Sami is a very attentive Manager and always around and seen frequently onsite. Property works for out family and prefer the location. We try to come back to this location every year!

Although the property manager is very responsive, I would not recommend this rental, especially for a family. Our room had a dirty paper plate under the bed and a paper plate with a half eaten piece of pizza in the dresser drawer. The space could use updates and the sofa and bed are extremely hard. The bunk bed clearly has some screws loose as it squeaks with every movement. Also, the window in the bedroom with the bunkbed looks out into an alley with all the supplies for the apartment complex. You can also see directly into the bedroom of the room next door. Again, would not recommend.

No need to drive

Sami was very accommodating. He was able to move us to a beautiful, super clean room. Seems like these new owners are working hard to improve this rather tired property in a prime beach, bar, restaurant, boardwalk location

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

5 min walk to beach/boardwalk out of all the DAILY PARADE OF VEHICLES. Nice and quiet relaxed location. I wish there were more towels and linens. Definitely could use some sprucing up and a fresh coat of paint. Sami was very friendly and nice. He was always on site.Needs better furniture and a table and chairs for chilfren seating. All in all i liked the place .

Great Location!

Unit is a little dated and could use some updates but the location makes up for it and it was priced accordingly. Sami communicated well and was very responsive to a few issues that came up. He was very accommodating and was availbale most of the stay which was great. If you are not picky and are looking to be in the midst of the action this is the place to stay!

Our Family Reunion

The apartment was located in a great area. We were a block away from the Main Street. My family and I were able to walk right up the street and participate in all the happenings. We would do it again but not for a family reunion, maybe for a getaway.

Great location, Amazing host

We had a wonderful week long stay on B St. The apartment is a short 1/2 block from the ocean. We used both the air conditioning and the heat and were most comfortable. Sami is the perfect gentleman host and answered all of our needs. We'll be back! Elaine B
