Belle propriété du lac avant sur le lac Fork

La maison de la famille Walker lac est une belle histoire de deux biens briques au bord du lac situĂ© sur les rives du lac de renommĂ©e mondiale Fork. Les environs sont trĂšs calme et privĂ©. La maison est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec toutes les commoditĂ©s quiconque aurait besoin pour un sĂ©jour de week-end ou une semaine de vacances. Il y a beaucoup d'espace extĂ©rieur et une vue magnifique sur le lac. En fait, les couchers de soleil sont de nombreuses fois Ă  couper le souffle! Le quai a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour et est Ă©quipĂ© d'un ascenseur Ă  bateaux et un grand salon pour profiter des couchers de soleil. L'Ă©lectricitĂ© est bien sĂ»r disponible pour recharger vos batteries de bateau aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de pĂȘche.
Plusieurs fois, les cerfs font une projection Ă  la mangeoire et beaucoup d'autres animaux sauvages apparaissent aussi. Nous avons des canards sauvages rĂ©sidents qui font une matinĂ©e montrant Ă  la mangeoire de cerfs presque tous les matins. Ils sont amusants Ă  regarder et il est certainement relaxant pour dire le moins. Il y a aussi beaucoup de restaurants disponibles Ă  proximitĂ©, ainsi si vous choisissez de dĂźner Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Aussi, si vous ĂȘtes un fan First Monday, Canton Texas est situĂ© Ă  environ 45 minutes de la maison du lac. Beaucoup de familles viennent le premier lundi week-end et les gars aller Ă  la pĂȘche tandis que les dames aller faire du shopping! Sans blague ... Tu vas aimer la maison Walker Lake Family. Je sais que nous faisons bien sĂ»r!

Well kept home with a cozy vibe. Great place to stay with family. I loved the 90's vintage country decor. Brings me back to my childhood when times were simpler. Very clean and very spacious.

Great place for fishing getaway!

This house has a great location on Lake Fork with your own private boat slip and dock! I highly recommend this house. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Great Trip to Lake Fork

Very Impressed with the customer service and the property

Went there on a father son trip with my dad, and brother and everything was great from the time we booked the house up until our check out. Great location on the lake to get to the main lake and up the east fork. Highly recommend this place.

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the games, old movies, fishing, hammock, fire pit, birdwatching, and rural environment. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Sam was great. Would stay here again. Family favorite.

Great for a fishing trip

5 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 kids stayed at this home. It was roomy enough for all of us. The dock was perfect to keep our bass boat and to hang out doing day/night fishing. The views from the back of house and dock we’re beautiful. We did a lot of fishing and would definitely go back. The owner was great with communication and making sure we had all we needed.

Lake Fork fish trip

Host was very responsive. House was well stocked with everything you need and even the things you may have forgotten. House and boat dock was just as described and dock was great to fish off and had green light for night fishing. A lot of outdoor seating with shade. Was a great trip overall and we will book again next trip to Lake Fork.

Great place on the lake!

This is the place to be if you're group/family is coming to Lake Fork. Sam was a great host who provides a well appointed, well stocked and clean home. It was perfect for our group of 6 for a fishing weekend. The fishing was terrible but we knew we could come home at the end of the day to comfort. We will be back. Thanks Sam!!

Great Getaway and Access to Fishing

Our family really enjoyed our fishing trip together at this lakeside home. It is remotely located at the end of a road, but it conveniently close to a public boat launch. The house was comfortable and had a well outfitted kitchen. The homeowner, Sam, stayed in close touch to insure our stay was without any issues. Our kids enjoyed fishing from the large boat dock, which was suitable for docking our pontoon rental boat. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Couples Fishing weekend

The location of the house was perfect. Heck in was easy, and Sam communicated well. There were a few small issues that he was having fixed at the house on the day of our check in, but he let me know ahead of time and was very open about what was going on.

Long Weekend Lake Trip

From the very booking, Sam was great to work with! House was in great shape and very clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen, and then some! Plenty of linens and bathroom items. Dock was in great shape and we enjoyed boat fishing and dock fishing. Ate at some fantastic, local restaurants that were recommended to us. Overall great trip and would highly recommend the Walker Lake House!

Fishing trip

The place was great. We had high school fishing teams stay there. The living room was great to all sit around and work on rods and baits. We enjoyed the stay. If the lake & mother nature would have cooperated with us, it would have be perfect. (The lake is 6 feet low) not anyone's fault. Great place to stay

Feels like Home

Very comfy house that had everything we needed in it. The lake is a little low so it was a little walk to the water, but we did catch a nice bass off the bank. Not a bad drive to the little town of Quitman. In Quitman there is a nice little botanical garden with a peaceful nature trail.

Great Location Awesome Lake

Sam was super communicative and easy to work with. Unusually Cold weather and low lake level provides some challenges but Sam helped us work through them. Great location, would be amazing with lake level being normal. We trailered boat in and out each day. House was set up perfectly, very clean and well appointed. We’d stay again should we make it back to Fork.
