What a location and sunset view! Is a modern unit with kind of quirky/eclectic furnishings. If you have knee issues, going up and down the stairs can be a bit much. However, the beach view more than makes up for this inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach view and lake access are top notch!!! A few words of caution and these are nothing anyone can control. Each night between 7pm and 9pm a consistent parade of LOUD motorcycle and hot rod noise errupts. If even one window is open, it is tough because the sound carries directly in to the condo.The bunk beds are on the third floor with no bathroom. Residents have to come to the second level to use the restroom. Somewhat hazarous in the middle of the night.Even with that said, this place is still a fantastic find. Clean, modern, nice. Super close to the beach.

This was a great location for going to the beach, trips downtown, running/walking. The place was very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This house was perfect for a week at the beach. Just walk across the street and spend the day at the beach, then a short walk to town for dinner. Perfect!

Lovely Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this rental! It’s beautiful and the picture in VRBO doesn’t do it justice. Great view and being across from the beach was so convenient! We met the owner who was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again but for a longer period of time!

Fantastic stay despite bad weather

The condo more than met our needs. The set up (full bath upstairs and 1/2 downstairs; outdoor shower) and location were perfect for us. Its an easy walk across the street to the beach. We fully enjoyed the space, including both balconies, despite less than stellar beach weather. I would definitely stay again.

Location location location

Beautiful home with amazing decks to enjoy views of the water as well as great people watching. Everything was just as stated. Patio furniture could have been a bit more comfortable. Would recommend!

California Beach in Grand Haven

Having grown up in California and later moved to Peoria Illinois, I never realized how nice are the Western Michigan beaches. This place is perfectly situated within view of the beach for an easy walk to the nice sand and warm Summer waters of Lake Michigan. The balcony views are amazing, the kitchen very modern and the place well kept. August

This was ideal! There was one tiny detail - the third bedroom was on the third floor which got very hot during the day. No bathroom on that floor, either.Otherwise, outstanding!!!

Fantastic View!

Hubby and I always stay for a week in Grand Haven each summer and were excited to rent this spot. The location and views were fantastic, the host/owner was very sweet, parking was easy and the rental was nice and clean. The kitchen was awesome - not that we cooked much, too many fun places to eat down town :) The only draw back, (and I mention this only to help future renters) is the furniture is very uncomfortable, it's not at all what we were expecting considering the exterior being so modern. 100% we would rent this spot again but next time we will be bringing some cushions with us for the furniture on the deck and maybe a floor pouf or two :)

Nice property but very different than the online description. The listing said 3 bathrooms. There was one full and one half bath. Listing said sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds. There was one queen and one double bed. Listing said 4 bunk beds, there were 2. So this unit sleeps 6, not 8. This misrepresentation should be corrected.

Great property with the absolute best location in Grand Haven. The beach is just steps from the door, which makes it convenient to come and go all day long. The balcony overlooking the beach and Lake Michigan is amazing! My family spent hours on the balcony, eating, playing games, laughing, and having fun! The house was clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better property for our short vacation! I highly recommend this property!

Great house for a beach vacation

This is a great rental with a location and view that can’t be beat! Unit has a brand new kitchen with high end appliances and two balconies both overlooking Lake Michigan. The public beach is steps from the front door and the shops and restaurants in town are a 15/20 minute walk along the water. You are renting one unit of a duplex and the owners live in the other unit and are great hosts. I was concerned by other reviews warning that the air conditioning, which works extremely well on the main floor, does not reach the bunk beds in the loft…that was true during the day when the sun was at its brightest, but was not a problem at all at night when my kids were going to sleep. The room cooled off both nights. There was a fan in the loft but they never needed to turn it on.

Very Close to Grand Haven State Park

I wanted to be close to family camping at the state park and was happy to find this property. The gas grill on the patio was great and easy to use and the home was spacious.
