The complete package

Excellent location. Including parking is a big plus for that area. Luxury apartment with great amenities. We really liked that there are mini splits throughout the house allowing the guests to control each toom to their desired comfort.

The house was perfect, incredible location in the middle of down town. Met the owner he was very hospitable. The only negative was no WiFi or tv. Owner was having difficulties with cable company and will be rectified soon! Overall we loved it!!

Beautiful property

A bit tricky to find. Owner should explain that unloading is allowed in front of the property in the no parking zone.The location is ideal and the apartment is wonderful Lots of space for everyone. A suggestion would be to give specific instructions on how to clean the hot tub which was required on the closing instructions The photo of the entry on the listing is not the same as the actual entry which caused a bit of confusion. Host was very snarky when asked about lack of ice or working ice-maker and the area for unloading Parking Space for two cars at the marina was very convenient.

Great location downtown Boothbay

The condo is right downtown- walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The kids loved the rooftop hot tub. The pictures don't do the condo justice, it's very clean and very nicely renovated. The rooftop has a nice view of the harbor. Feedback: We had trouble finding the condo at first as the picture shows the sign on the opposite side as the entrance. We also had a few technical issues with the AC in one of the bedrooms and the hot tub turning off randomly. It would have been nice to have a 'master' bedroom. The 2 rooms with the larger beds share a bathroom in the hallway whereas the trundle room has a master bathroom (should be switched). For the price I may consider booking one of the larger homes that are closeby.

Very nice place

Location is ideal as long as you can tolerate the local noise. To us, that’s just part of the deal. Didn’t bother us at all. Just to clarify the sleeping situation…Two bedrooms with queen beds but shared bath is in the hallway. One bedroom has en-suite but a trundle bed. Fantastic family room kitchen setup. To justify the price, I recommend the owner offer a free more amenities like hand towels in bathrooms, tissues, maybe more cups, etc. And a must is to clean up the deck where the hot tub is. It was dirty enough that we did not really want to sit there or use the tub. A hi-top table with 4 chairs would be perfect to be a able to see over the wall up there. But, no matter what, we all really enjoyed out time there and wish we could have stayed a couple more nights. Highly recommended.

This Boothbay condo was perfect. Location location location!! In the heart of Boothbay harbor. Very clean. Nicely decorated. The inside common area was much larger than looks in photos. Private parking right across the street. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful apartment!

My family and I stayed at Rahul’s place for thanksgiving. We had an excellent experience! Rahul was very available for a small issue we had, which he worked quickly and efficiently to resolve. The apartment is beautifully remodeled, and we especially enjoyed the steam showers and rooftop hot tub! It was clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and furniture. Great location for walking around town, with views of the harbor. We would recommend to anyone, and hope to return again!

Fabulous apartment right in downtown

The location could not have been better. Apartment was so comfortable for two couples. Cocktails on the top deck overlooking the harbor was perfect.

Location, location, location

The property was very well maintained with upscale finishes and centrally located in Boothbay Harbor. It was like having your own personal resort without the resort crowd. Everything you could possibly want to experience in Boothbay Harbor was within easy walking distance. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful with clearing up a couple of items that we noticed. We had a great time and enjoyed all that this property and Boothbay Harbor had to offer. Have already recommended to friends. Hopefully we can book again in the future! Pleasant modern apartment

Nicely laid out with plenty of room for five of us to cook, play games and watch television. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Only downside side was bar customers (late) and delivery trucks (early)could be heard from the bedrooms. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Only parking for one car a half block away.

Location, apartment finishes, amenities and transaction experience all 10/10. Apartment was spectacular for our family of 4 but could have comfortably housed 6. Kids loved the roof top hot tub. Proximity to marina, country club, botanical gardens and the worlds best ice cream at “The Ice Cream Factory” across the street made for a perfect long weekend away. Highly recommend - will exceed expectations.
