Perfect apartment for 2. Kitchen is well equipt for cooking. Very comfortable bed. Lovely location. Communication with Marion was easy, quick, and thorough. Highly recommend this conveniently located apartment.

The place is very nice and clean. Marion greeted us upon arrival and noted her phone number was on the chalk board in the house, which we never had to use. The house is well stocked, and Marion was nice enough to put flowers, muffins and a bottle of wine at entrance.

A very nice apartment for two people in a great location close to downtown Boothbay Harbor. Optimal parking. Beautiful garden with view of a cove on the water. A floating dock with two kayaks that can be used for hours on each side of high tide, giving kayaking enthusiasts opportunities to explore all around the harbor, shoreline, and nearby islands — a very big plus.

Spectacular Stay in Boothbay Harbor

Charming location - beautiful water views and easy walk to scenic center of town. Great country roads and hiking trails to travel. Marion is the perfect host. Loved our visit!

Exceeded our expectations!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was comfortable, clean and well appointed, the grounds were beautiful and the water views were so relaxing.The convenience of the location to the harbor and shops was great.The host was very gracious and welcoming, very informative about the area.Will definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Very well kept apartment on basement level of a beautiful house that is right on the water. Our host, Marion, thoughtfully had fresh blueberry muffins, fresh cut flowers, and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in. Easy walk to town (Boothbay Harbor).

Beautiful cove @Boothbay

We had a wonderful, relaxing 7 days by the water. Our host was delightful and very helpful in pointing out the best activities and places to visit in the area. Though most of our time was spent sitting on or kayaking off the dock behind her lovely property.

Fantastic VRBO!

I can't say enough positive things about the property. Very clean, location is amazing, beautiful backyard. So close to town, we walked all the time. Easy entry to unit, very comfortable, had everything we needed. Amazing, gracious hostess! Definitely would stay again!

It's our third year in a row at Three Schooners, and we're hoping to manage to get back again next year. We've really loved it, and we look forward to loving it again. This year we came with mobility issues, and really appreciated being able to park on ground level. There's a little bit of a sill, but no stairs. Great for us oldies. 's garden was, as always, beautiful and the vegetables she lets you harvest are delicious. We enjoy cooking - the kitchen has everything we need - and being able to sit outside to enjoy lunch or dinner overlooking the water. As we have before, we delighted in the Coastal Botanical Garden. This year for the first time we went out on the schooner East Wind and had a wonderful time, Thank you Marion.

Beautiful location.

The pictures tell it all. The property is very nice, comfortable and clean. The owner has a big vegetable garden and we could help ourselves to fresh produce. The home is less than a 10 minute walk to the harbor. I highly recommend

Refreshed and Reset !

Every word on VRBO about Three Schnoorers was the truth. We valued everything from Marion our host to the private parking. Don't hesitate to rent here. We left rested and energized, yet we explored from Freeport to Pemaquid to Rockland. Don't miss Moody's Diner!

Marion's place was superb… We sat out in the backyard on our two special chairs every morning with a cup of coffee to just enjoy the view… The place was clean safe and simply lovely… with all the VRBO's we've stayed at… In the United States and all over the world hers is by far theBEST equipped place we've ever stayed at!!! Even Kayaks, umbrellas, beach chairs… Anything you need it's there… And it's in a great location on the water and close to town. Boothbay we found very cool and very salty… Marion has a book of recommendations and they are all great!! if you're thinking about renting this place don't hesitate book it today… You will not be disappointed... loved our stay in Boothbay

We loved Marion's place so much last year that we didn't even think of going somewhere else this year. Once again it was a perfect place for the two of us. It's a cute apartment with everything we need. We love the view over her tidal cove, we love her fresh produce and friendliness, we love the peace and the beauty, we love being able to fix our own food when we don't eat out, we love the tour boat rides we take (including the surprise presence of humpback whales on a sunset cruise), and we love the Coastal Botanical Gardens. In short, we had a great time and hope you will also.

Lovely stay in Boothbay Harbor

We had a lovely stay at Three Schooners. The location was top notch, out of the main drag enough that you're staying in a pleasant neighborhood, but an easy enough 10-minute walk to most of the harbor attractions. We popped back and forth between town and the apartment most days and blessed not dealing with parking. Marion was a lovely host, communicative but not intrusive and she had some great recommendations for the area that we took advantage of. Plus she keeps a beautiful yard and garden. The apartment itself was quite as advertised, well sized for a couple and entirely pleasant.

Lovely location and apartment.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the apartment, especially the availabilty of the 2 kayaks which we used every morning fir paddling around the bay. The apt was very comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The bed was super comfortable and we were very greatful for use of the washer and dryer. The hostess, Marion, was so friendly and accommodating. She gave us a welcome gift of fresh blueberry muffins, a bottle of wine and some Maine maple syrup, and let us take anything we wanted from her vegetable garden. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Blissful Boothbay

We loved our week stay at this cute apt. It was just what we needed for exploring in our convertible in Maine. Marion welcomed us when we arrived. She had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the wine, flowers, blueberry muffins and maple syrup that she had on the coffee table. We made breakfast's there and walked to Boothbay most evenings for dinner. Enjoyed the waterfront dining. It was so relaxing sitting by the cove in Marion's backyard. It was a wonderful vacation and Marion was a terrific hostess!

Three Schooners

Lovely accommodations. Full kitchen. Laundry facilities. Our only complaint was no air conditioning. Not that it was too hot, just musty and muggy. May I suggest a dehumidifier. Beautiful backyard and garden.

Perfect Getaway Spot in Boothbay Harbor

This property is within walking distance of the village of Boothbay Harbor. Beautiful waterfront outdoor space is welcoming and a relaxing spot to unwind with a good book. The raised bed garden was beautiful to look at and to sample from! The availability of kayaks was a plus and paddling the cove was a peaceful start to the days spent there. The apartment was clean and comfortable; the host thought of everything. The cut flowers and basket of goodies was a lovely touch and very welcoming. Out host was onsite and was a joy to chat with and provide recommendations for food and leisure activities in the area. A great experience that we hope to repeat in the future.

Perfect Location in Boothbay Harbor

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in this perfect location in Boothbay Harbor. The beautiful apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home. Marion, our host, was gracious and full of recommendations for not only Boothbay Harbor, but also for other spots in Maine. The backyard leads right up to Mill’s Cove, which provided beautiful scenery as well as a place to kayak. Marion’s garden was also available to us to use- such a nice touch. The apartment was less than a 10 minute walk to the harbor where there were so many wonderful restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to return to this spot sometime soon. Thank you, Marion for being such a wonderful host!
