Please note that this lower-level unit does not have an individual thermostat. The thermostat is located in the main house. Space heaters are provided during the winter months for guest comfort, and the unit typically remains cool during the summer.
We follow industry-leading cleaning standards to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and welcoming for every guest. All listing photos accurately represent the space youâll be booking.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Long-term stays are permitted and may be subject to additional rules, regulations, and fees.
