Great base camp near Estes Park and the greater Denver area

Beautiful home in quiet, nice neighborhood. Great kitchen area for multiple people prepping meals or to-go lunches. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and do their own activity. We enjoyed movie night and meals together. Our group (2 couples and 2 individuals) all had their own bedroom. (We would have liked room darkening window coverings so we could sleep in. The bright sunlight woke most of us up around 5:30 am everyday.)We highly recommend this home. It is beautiful and met all our accommodation needs. Property management is very responsive.

Great House for a larger family

Really enjoyed this stay, it was a perfect house for a large family. The #1 thing is having enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Also being close to a park and trails was great. The neighborhood was quiet.

Thanksgiving weekend

The manager was easy to communicate with we were allowed to check in two hours early and check out later. The kitchen had more than enough pots , pans , kitchen utensils, coffee cups and wine glasses. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Property

This was a very nice property. Well located between Denver and Estes Park. Everything was clean and well maintained. Property Manager responded promptly when we had a minor issue.

Nice big house

This is a large home with lots of living space. Everything was pretty much as advertised. There are lots of walking trails in the area and the grocery store and shops are close too. Overall, it was a very good value for our stay.

Very Pleasant stay!

Overall, we had a great and pleasant stay! The property is located in a quite neighborhood and close to children’s park, some stores and restaurants. The property is overall well maintained but we thought there could be a more deeper cleaning specially under the couches, we wouldn’t notice it if it weren’t for our kid playing with cars.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

The home was beautiful and spacious giving us all of our own space, beds and bedrooms very comfortable. We had a few questions that were answered in a timely matter, great communication! Although the weather did not cooperate and much as we had hoped the view was outstanding. Close to the airport and outdoor activities. Highly recommend this property for a family visit, we had had a great time!

Wish we could have been out on the deck

62 degrees and a Sunny day, but we weren't permitted to use the deck. That was not know when we booked the house.

Wedding weekend

We came for my nephew’s wedding and this location was close to a lot of different things. If you are looking to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle, this is not the place for you. However, if you want a quiet place to go to after a day of sightseeing or activities, this is a great place. Views are beautiful and neighborhood was a great place to run/walk. The house fit all of our needs for a wedding weekend. Very easy check in and host was very responsive.

Wedding weekend

This is a nice big house in a quiet neighborhood to stay with our family for a wedding weekend. There are a few things that could be given some attention to by the hosts. They are fixable. That being said, if you have a large family and need a place to stay in this area this house was a nice size and the layout is nice and we could spread out.

Not being able to use the back porch wasn’t the best, but the house itself was solid. It got hot with the sun and limited A/C control but it was fine at night.

Meeting the New Granddaughter

The home provided ample room and beds. The furnishing are nice and we had a great home base during our stay. I was disappointed in the Mountain View’s. Like so many homes in this area- the view is obstructed by other homes. This home, more than most. There are some restrictions about the property you should check out before renting. We were able to discuss and work around them but they are different.

Beautiful Daily Mountain View & Location

The house was clean and accommodations were outstanding. Had everything for adults and even things for the toddler we needed. The house was immaculate, clean and accommodated the family. Enough bedding & extra blamets as it got colder during the rain. The patios decks were nice for morning readings. The children didnt understand why the couldnt play in backyard, but theres a great park at the end of the street. Very well pleased abd highly recommend to others. We may visit Colorado again, and rent this space again. Staff was excellent in Communications and responses.

Nice space

House was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We were lucky it was raining since we’re forbidden from using the backyard; for this reason I woud not rent it again. Knives were too dull to be useful. And there weren’t drinking glasses other than plastic cups or wine or beer glasses.

The home was nice. Missing some essentials..no toilet paper, no dish soap, hand soap dispensers empty. Not enough kitchen towels, no kitchen washcloths, just crusty old sponges. Bedding wasn’t washed, white stains on two of them noticed.
