Maison de style Cape mise à jour avec trois chambres spacieuses (8 couchages), 2 bains. Grande cuisine avec appareils S / S, îlot avec sièges et grande table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Entrez dans l'énorme cour du curseur de cuisine ou sur le patio depuis la porte arrière de la cuisine. L'arrière-cour propose un nouveau foyer au bois pour les soirées entre amis avec les enfants ou détendez-vous sur la terrasse avec des boissons pour adultes et un foyer au gaz. Il y a aussi une zone de grillades séparée avec table et chaises. Rincez après la plage avec la nouvelle douche extérieure! Une pelouse verte et lucide pour lancer un ballon de football, jouer au volley-ball ou au maïs!
La salle familiale avec une télévision de 70 pouces donne sur la cuisine et il y a un salon séparé près de l'entrée principale.

Great stay at the Cape!

Property was lovely -- plenty of room, clean, warm and inviting with lots of thoughtful touches. Hosts were also very responsive to our email/questions the evening of our arrival. Would definitely go back!

Perfect Location and Thoughtful Hosts

We had an amazing stay at this property! The hosts were exceptionally nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, as it's clearly well-kept since it's their home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. The location is fantastic—just a 3-minute bike ride from the famous bike trail, making it ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and there were convenient phone charging options available. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra snacks and cold drinks provided upon arrival. Communication with the hosts was smooth, and the check-in process was effortless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located place to stay.

Mixed review

Dawn and Mack were very communicative and easy to deal with. We walked in to a bunch of snacks that were awesome. The bedrooms were great. Comfy beds and a nice array of set ups. There were plenty of big nice towels including beach towels. The basement area was a great hangout for my preteens/teens and we played lots of pool and ping pong. The living room and sitting rooms were nice and cozy. The kitchen was a problem for me. Stuff piled into cabinets. The kitchen lacked quite a few essentials. I couldn’t locate a strainer. There were no tongs anywhere. The cabinets aren’t in the best shape. The faucet handle kept falling off. The dishwasher is clunky and a full rack just keeps falling forward when you try to close it. I didn’t notice a toaster.As someone who values organization and minimalism the kitchen was very overwhelming for me. The swings in the yard looked run down and dirty. The outdoor shower didn’t work. The gas fireplace had no propane tank and the furniture around it was dirty and not inviting to sit down. I was looking forward to playing corn hole but the boards were cheap boards that were rotted. All of these things were highlighted in the listing. I could not find a good broom or dustpan and broom. Addressing these things would go a long way. Overall the house worked for us. Great location. Plenty of room. If you are someone who prefers a more organized house and updated back yard this may not be the right fit.

Hi Gina, Thanks for your detailed review. Hearing that the kitchen was overpacked with items is actually a first for us. We try to be as thoughtful as possible about what others may need during their stay and admittedly, there are a lot of kitchen gadgets! We typically hear positive comments about how we’ve thought of everything. While we do but have a separate, single standing toaster, there is a large toaster oven on the counter between the stove and sink. We, along with all the other guests over the past five years have used this without complaint. Additionally, tongs and a set of 3 stacking strainers are in the lower cabinet on the kitchen island. I am sorry you were unable to locate these items. I would have directed you to where they could be found, had you mention any if this during our many communications. Finally, we also have the paid receipt for the outdoor shower that was serviced on 6/23/25, well in advance of your stay. We have the plumber turn the shower on/off seasonally so it was definitely in good working order when you arrived. Again I could have helped with this if you had mentioned it during our communications. We are sorry Cape Coddage was not a total hit for your family. Hope you have a great rest of your summer. Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was centrally located. We loved the beach chairs and other beach items that we could use. Thanks Dawn and Mack for a great time!

Great family getaway

We were thrilled with our stay at Cape Coddage. The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Even though there are neighbors, the yard was very private and the neighborhood was quiet. The hosts were clear and reasonable with their expectations and very responsive. We have only good things to say!

Jordyn and her family were lovely guests; they took great care of our home and had lovely things to say about their vacation and Cape Coddage. Our cleaners certainly appreciated that they stripped the beds, cleaned/emptied the dishwasher and made turnover process a lot easier. Thanks for being great guests and we hope you consider Cape Coddage should your travel plans return you to the Cape.

We have rented on Cape Cod every other year, at the close of summer so our extended family from Westchester County, NY can join us for Summer's Last Hurrah before the kiddos return to school. The off years we were taking our grandson to PR, Cancun, etc for a Caribbean experience.
Since our last Cape vacation in 2018, I put a Cape home purchase on our "to do" or goal list for 2019. We began traveling from outside of Boston to the Cape beginning Memorial Weekend 2019, searching for our perfect slice of Cape Cod.

After an offer on a Sandwich house fell through (luckily for us because taxes were sky high), we decided Yarmouth was more suitable because of the close proximity to fabulous beaches and loads of entertainment options for a perfect family vacation!
This was the last home we viewed Labor Day weekend. It took us the entire summer of 2019 to find our perfect 'Cape Coddage'! We knew when we walked through the front door, this was home!

We took the basement from concrete slab to an awesome fun zone, complete with pool/ping pong table, arcade games and zero gravity, full body massage chair. There is even an area for the kiddos in the fun zone!
