Ce charmant trois chambres est une grande escapade avec beaucoup d'antiquités et de style campagnard. Situé à distance de marche de toutes les commodités du centre-ville et a également un accÚs facile à plusieurs réseaux de sentiers.

Leadville abrite non seulement des motards enthousiastes, mais aussi des courses bien au-delĂ  du marathon. La Silver Rush 50 Run est une folie Ă  haute altitude: "Affrontez 50 miles de territoire extrĂȘme qui commence Ă  10 200 pieds et atteint 12 000 pieds quatre fois." La meilleure partie? Il prĂ©pare les coureurs "pour le pinacle Leadville 100". Oui, c'est une course de 100 milles dans les hautes Rocheuses.

La population de Leadville monte en ballon lors de ces Ă©vĂ©nements extrĂȘmes. Mais Ă  d'autres moments de l'annĂ©e, les familles peuvent profiter d'une visite peu frĂ©quentĂ©e dans cette petite ville totalement cool, qui est la ville incorporĂ©e la plus Ă©levĂ©e des États-Unis.

Leadville était une ville en plein essor minier et est toujours ornée de bùtiments d'époque. Les familles qui visitent en hiver peuvent skier et planche dans la station de ski Ski Cooper à proximité trÚs abordable. Il y a des frais de 25 $ pour les animaux de compagnie.

En cas de mauvais temps (ex: neige abondante, etc.), nous ne serons pas en mesure de résoudre les problÚmes de véhicule. I stayed with my husband, 2 year old and two friends 2 dogs for a ski weekend at Cooper. I loved the 20th century vibe of the place. There was no wifi as advertised but cell service was fine so didn't miss it. There was dvd player and an ok variety of dvds as well as a few board games. Love the ease of "unplugging". Location was great and really appriciate the seperate bedrooms so everyone had there space. Only thing to mention is the outlets in one of the upstairs bedrooms did not seem to work to charge my friends phone but not such a big deal. Found a working outlet in the other room. Another thing I liked were the sheets used in the downstairs bedroom. They were really soft and reallg good quality, I was not expecting that. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

There was a maintenance guy in the house until 7:00 pm with absolutely no warning from the host- check in was 3:00. The hot water didn’t work. We were unable to shower before dinner because of the maintenance guy in the house, interfering our plans. Simply turning the key in the lock broke the key, adding an additional charge. The host did not seem to care about the visitors stay and overall experience

The hot water heater was broken upon arrival. The host did attempt to fix it but we ended up leaving a day early as we could not have anyone come inside while my dog was at the house alone. The kitchen was also very dirty - there were multiple unwashed dishes in the cabinet and the sponge in the sink looked like it was 2 years old. We had to boil water on the stove to clean dishes.

Cozy place! Lots of space! A little challenging with one bathroom and no dryer, but would totally go back! I fell n love with it. Could use a few more items in the kitchen for those folks that would rather cook than eat out.

Old, quirky, creaky and pet friendly. We (3 adults and 1 medium sized dog) had a comfortable stay that provided for a very nice weekend in Leadville. The kitchen was a little sparse but we were able to made do with no problems. We had a slight issue with the hot water heater but the host was very responsive and got that taken care of quickly which was greatly appreciated. Good location and easy access to everything local. Overall the place was not quite as clean as we would have liked (especially kitchen, bathroom, living areas) but the bedrooms were clean enough with clean linens all around. Heat worked well and there was more than enough room. Leadville in the fall is fantastic :)

Just as expected for an old house in a Mountain Town

Typical old house in a mountain town. No frills, but slept 5 adults comfortably. Fully functioning kitchen. Communication with the host was easy. Cute and clean. No wifi didn't really affect us, cell service was just fine.

To Leadville!

We stayed here to walk the main street and visit friends in the area. The house was on the older side but everything worked and they left the heat on for us when we got there which was amazing as we got there late and right in the middle of a storm!

Great Overnight!

Needed a place to lay our heads the night before skiing. Property description is accurate; we didn't have issues with anything. Easy to find, Short drive up to Ski Cooper.

Leadville Stay

Our Leadville stay was nice. The house was nice. The kitchen was clean and functional. The location is close to everything. Downtown is within walking distance and the highest brewery in American is a few blocks away.

Nice and clean and retro

We had a very fun stay. Property is as described. Cool 1800s ranch house with all the need '50s '60s and '70s decor. It was clean and comfortable for the price. We will be back.

Great for a bigger family

There was plenty of space for our pre-teen kids to run around and play. The stairs are pretty steep so I would be cautious using them, I also wouldn’t wear socks going down them. The house was very accommodating for our family.

Had a reservation over a year in advance and they cancelled on us without warning 2 weeks out from the mtb race. They claimed it was VRBOs fault even though VRBO said it was cancelled by the host. Then they wouldn't even answer the phone or return voicemails. Use caution if booking with these people.
