Seaside Villa 120 - Cozy Oceanside Beach Retreat

Bienvenue à Seaside Villas # 120 !! Cette unité de 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain est une unité de bord de mer direct. Il a une vue fantastique sur l'océan depuis le salon et le balcon et n'est qu'à quelques pas de la plage.

Cette belle villa dispose d'une kitchenette complète comprenant une gamme supérieure lisse, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur avec une machine à glaçons! Tous les appareils sont en acier inoxydable. Les armoires Cherry Bordeaux, le comptoir en granit, l'évier sous le meuble et le robinet Grohe plairont à coup sûr!

La baignoire a également été entièrement rénovée avec une vanité en noyer avec un dessus en granit, tous les luminaires Grohe, une baignoire Kohler avec des carreaux personnalisés.

La chambre a un lit Queen Sealy Posture Pedic et une grande commode pour toutes vos affaires.

Toute la villa a de magnifiques carreaux d'aspect bois.

Le condo est orienté au nord afin que vous puissiez regarder le lever du soleil le matin plusieurs fois dans l'année. Vous n'aurez pas non plus à vous soucier du soleil de l'après-midi sur les fenêtres.

Cette villa est rare pour Seaside Villas en ce qu'elle dispose de 2 ZONE CLIMATE CONTROL; un pour le salon / cuisine et un pour la chambre. La plupart des unités ont une seule unité de climatisation bruyante dans le mur qui ne refroidit / chauffe pas la chambre à coucher.

Vous avez accès à un pâté de maisons complet lorsque vous êtes notre invité. Cela comprend des tapis roulants, des vélos d'exercice, des appareils de musculation, des cours d'exercice et une piscine intérieure.

Ce condo peut accueillir 4 avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

Sea Side Villas est situé au cœur de l'île Hilton Head à South Forest Beach. Le complexe dispose d'une belle piscine, d'un accès direct à la plage (pas de traversée de rues!), Barbecues, douches de plage, solarium.

Le complexe est à moins d'un demi-mile de Coligny Plaza avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants

We've stayed at Seaside Villas in the past but this was our first time in this unit. We loved it!We love this quiet resort close to Coligny. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, amazing view and the tall balcony chairs were the best! We appreciated having nice towels in the bath room and all the starter items; shampoo conditioner, makeup wipes, dishwasher detergent, dish liquid trash bags and laundry pods. We had a fantastic trip and would book again with this host!

The room was mostly clean but could use a good dusting, cabinet clean out (things left from other guests) and house keeping should look under furniture in between guests. We found a baby bottle, deodorant cap, and other things under furniture from previous guests. Guests did not follow rules and left things in hall making for a sandy mess in common areas. The condo has some beach items, but most were broken and should be thrown out. I also think the drawers in coffee table and bedroom need cleaned out due to guests leaving behind things. When you have small children you don’t want them getting into these things! There was a plunger and toilet brush in the bathroom next to shower, which seemed not hygienic. Community pool also needs a good cleaning and make over. Overall, as a small family we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Condo was very clean and nicely furnished, as well as well-stocked with new dishes, utensils, etc. Very convenient to beach and shopping. Would recommend if you need a 1 br unit.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked that it had a keypad entry and we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of a key. Mary was great and kept in contact if we needed anything. Will definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic condo that is close to everything

This is a great condo that has been tastefully renovated, has a lot of great amenities and many details that make it feel like home. It is in a fantastic location that is close to everything with convenient beach access. The owner was very responsive and helpful in making the arrangements and checking on us during our stay. We really appreciated the personal touch. Will definitely stay here in the future.

The condo was perfect!! It was clean, updated and very well maintained. The owner was fabulous to work with, extremely organized and very friendly. Proximity to beach was wonderful. From the balcony, we had a nice view of the ocean. (The condo is on the end closest to the beach which was very nice.) We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay there again!☺.

Great property..great location

This villa was perfect for our visit to Hilton head. Was very clean. We have stayed in this complex in the past.. This unit was the best one we have used. Mary was great. Had chairs and towels for use at the beach.. Planning already to stay again next Memorial Day.. Coming again 2017 for a reunion with my husbands high school friends.. This complex is a great location..have told others about the villa and this complex..we just love Hilton head...
