Vignoble et ferme à la ferme WiLD Vines

Venez profiter de votre chalet séparé et superbement aménagé, situé au centre de Santa Rosa et de Sébastopol. Un grand lit dans la chambre, une salle de bain complète avec un grand salon est l'escapade parfaite pour un couple ou une famille avec de jeunes enfants. chambre avec canapé-lit gigantesque, télévision géante et XBox. Votre terrasse arrière donne sur un magnifique cadre rural et dispose d’un barbque à gaz, d’un bain à remous et d’une jolie table à manger avec poêle de chauffage. Vous pouvez allumer un feu dans le foyer pour compléter la soirée. Nous avons des zones de pelouse pour jouer à des jeux en plein air et sommes très proches d'une piste cyclable de 7 miles entre les villes de Santa Rosa et Sebastopol. Notre vignoble bébé a 5 ans et la cave est ouverte à la dégustation! Un potager, des arbres fruitiers et beaucoup de belles fleurs créent une ambiance et une beauté de la campagne.
Selon le code du comté de Sonoma, nous sommes tenus de percevoir une taxe d’occupation transitoire de 12% (numéro de certificat 2814N) et d’informer tous les invités que les heures de repos sont de 22h00 à 7h00 avec un nombre maximal de 4 invités et de 2 véhicules.

A delightful garden cottage in a beautiful garden, supplied with wine from the grapes in the back and fresh banana nut loaf! We had a lovely weekend watching a family of three hawks float from tree to tree while in the hot tub, exploring Sebastapol, and walking nearby parks.

This property has everything that my husband and I could want. We enjoyed the cottage, the grill, the garden, tub, and fire pit. John and Lynn were perfect hosts and treated us to some barrel tasting. Do not hesitate to book this cottage!

Warm, inviting, very quaint and cute. We had a great stay here. The owner greeted us and left a wonderful banana bread surprise for us. The yard had beautiful flowers, fruit trees and even grapevines where they make their own wine. Inside was clean and all the comforts of home provided. The attention to detail is impeccable. And the hot tub at night after a long day out topped off our weekend. Wonderful pleasant stay.

Great Stay

The hosts were great. They invited us over for a tasting of the wine they produce there and we learned a lot of interesting facts. The house is great and the hot tub is absolutely the perfect end to the day.

An oasis getaway

Wonderful, clean, comfortable cottage, well stocked! Lynn and John are super thoughtful hosts, they have great suggestions for spots to visit. Oh and they make a great wine too! Location is Close proximity to vineyards, groceries, downtowns, easy drive to the coast. We loved having breakfast each morning enjoying the backyard oasis! The hot tub was wonderful too!

Peaceful and flowery property

It was a great base for exploring Sonoma and Napa Valleys. If the weather had been a bit warmer we would have been torn between our explorations and the temptation to relax at home!

Lovely cottage in a private vineyard

The cottage was cozy and quiet, in a great location, with all of the comforts of home. Lynn was an incredibly thoughtful, caring host. We loved the hot tub, loved the spectacular wine she shared on our arrival, loved the pretty surroudings. Just an idyllic spot - highly recommended.

An incredible find in the heart of wine country

Lynn's cottage is an absolute gem! It's a beautiful spot, close to downtown Santa Rosa and Sonoma wineries but secluded enough to feel luxuriantly private. Lynn herself is an impeccable host, warm and communicative. Overall this is one of the nicest stays we've ever had!

Perfect home away from home

Lynn has thought of everything to make this accommodation comfortable and hospitable. The kitchen is well equipped for any possible cooking needs. Our favorite area was the large, beautiful and quiet patio and garden area. We would definitely stay again.

The perfect home base for Santa Rosa family visit!

This was our second stay, and transition from summer to winter is amazing in the vineyard and gardens outback. We hot tubbed, fire pitted and corn holed while being serenaded by nearby cows, sheep, goats, chickens and frogs! We love this place. Thank you Lynn for the fresh baked scones, backyard bottled wine, and fruits and herbs picked right from the gardens. We will be back!!!

We are both wine lovers. John has made wine with purchased grapes for many years and after our marriage in 2013 we decided to chase our dream of planting a vineyard to make our own estate wines. We found this property with 2 1940's vintage homes after an exhaustive search and moved two households from Southern California to beautiful Sonoma County that Fall. Although we have accomplished a tremendous amount, we are happy to say that our vision will keep us busy for many years to come. We love the opportunity to share all that is wonderful about Sonoma living with new guests and old friends!

Great location! Centrally located in Sonoma County, we are equal distance between the Pacific Ocean and Napa County. Close to the city (San Francisco is an hour away)but with the beauty of the country, our farm is an easy bike ride to quaint Sebastopol or Santa Rosa. We can taste wonderful wines, food, beer, and wander beautiful Redwood Forests within minutes of our home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have a large garden with herbs, vegetables, berries and fruit trees all available to our guests (in season)who enjoy cooking their own meals. We make wine in our little winery building and love to share the process and a few tastes with interested guests.
