Oasis s'évader dans la vallée de San Fernando. House est une maison loin de chez vous avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour de merveilleuses vacances. Ne manquez pas ce joyau. Ceci est une propriété super hÎte d'autres sites. Nous hébergeons cette maison depuis plusieurs années avec des critiques 5 étoiles, nous avons décidé de l'ajouter à la maison trÚs heureux avec ce site et comment ils fonctionnent avec nous :) allison

HIDDEN GEM!!! This home was the most charming place I’ve ever had the privilege to stay in. Allison is a delightful host, responsive, attentive, and her professionalism shows throughout in the small details inside and outside the home. Staying here was like staying with your best friend who also happens to be an interior decorator. The house was so cute, warm, comfy, fully stocked, the backyard and neighbors friendly and wow, what can I say? I loved all the paintings, lights, furnishings, proximity to everything. I will definitely come back again, Allison is the BEST!!

Great safe location and I appreciated having the carport as there was lots of rain. Cute place and great heating options per room. Will stay again when we can use the pool in the warmer months.

The house is cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. It was absolutely perfect for a girl’s trip that required quiet space to do a little work. The outdoor spaces provide privacy and are a great way to enjoy beautiful weather. The host is top notch. She was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful trip.

The bungalow is our home away from home!This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as the first time.It was move in weekend at CSUN and to be tired and sweaty and know i had a fabulous pool and comfortable bed to come back to made it all worth it.Allison is fabulous with everything she provides and I just love this property and its location to my daughter's school and restaurants and shopping.

Delightful oasis!

My husband, daughter, and our dogs needed a place to stay during graduation weekend -- and this fabulous house was the perfect place. It was a cute and welcoming location to rest, celebrate, and enjoy our time in the LA area. The beds were super comfortable, the outdoor area so inviting, and it was a bonus to have a pool! The check in was super easy and the owner was a breeze to deal with!

Romantic getaway

House was cozy furniture looks good but couch is getting older could use replacing. Pool not really heated has solar heater, but just too cold to swim except summer. And overall what we excepted and was cozy and charming. Would come back.

Home Sweet Home

We had the most wonderful stay at the bungalow.We were in town for Madador Day at CSUN and when all was done we enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable beds.It was easy to get around town with Lyft.Allison was fantastic with all her assistance.

Relaxed and Chill

Great space, quiet and relaxing. The hostess was very responsive. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, we loved the decor. We brought our GSD with us, he loved the spacious yard. The back yard was beautiful with a great swimming pool and hot tub. Would definitely come back.

Comfortable home

Our time in Van Nuys was to spend time with our children who live near for thanksgiving week. The outdoor area was perfect for our gathering on thanksgiving day.

Great getaway in the Vally

Very cute property! Fun bohemian style house. Lots of outdoor living areas including the beautiful pool. Had a bit of trouble with WiFi and outlets not working. Also they recently had the washer break and the house smelled of mildew.

cosy hideaway in north LA

We spent a nice week in this house in Aug 24, thanks to the AC the hot summer days were easy to manage. Communication with the host was a delight. It is rather a cabin style bungalow, in a quiet residential street of Van Nuys. There is some airtraffic though, but hey - this is Los Angeles. Overall we were very happy with this accommodation.

Amazing property!

This house has it all! A HUGE pool our teens lived in, close access to the freeway for our Universal Studios and Disney trips and a great neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated with many extras in case you forgot anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely place with a nice pool

We really enjoyed our stay, the pool was fantastic for the kids and the yard was nicely enclosed for our dog, who was super happy snoofling around for hours (although cats are frequent visitors!). The house is clean and cute and has everything you need. Only real drawback is that it's not particularly walkable to get to shops/restaurants, and if you are out walking at night with your dog or just for a stroll, then just be sensible about it given the surrounding area. Communication from the owner was super clear and helpful, and they have clearly put good effort into making sure you have a good stay. The outdoor dining area is lovely and just has a really relaxing vibe. We took the family up to Magic Mountain, about half an hour up the 405, and it's a great base for anything in Burbank or that side of the Valley since you are literally 1 minute from the freeway but don't really hear the traffic from it. Overall very recommended - for a cosy place with a pool that's close to so much stuff, can't go wrong.

Great spot!

We visited our nephew and had a great time. This rental is as-advertised. Unfortunately it was a bit too cold to utilize the pool, but it was very clean and the house and yard are beautiful. We'd definitely stay again next time we visit LA!

Wonderful Stay!

We rented the house as it was close to where my son and daughter-in-law live so that we could attend a family event. The house was very clean and the location was private and quiet. The beds were really comfortable. The back yard and pool were beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect Location with the comforts of home

This VRBO was the perfect location for us! My son, daughter-in-law, and grandson live close by and only took minutes to travel to their home. Access to the Target, Costco and the Freeway was super easy. We traveled to Universal Studios on Sunday morning and traffic was minimal. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Having a pool was definitely a nice treat since we stayed here during the month of July. We would definitely seek out this VRBO the next time we travel to Los Angeles. Allison was very easy to contact when I had questions for her. Thank you!!!
