We really enjoyed staying at this bungalow. It was very comfortable and we loved the screened in porch. Great location with beach access just across the street and only a couple of blocks from Center St.

Great location, steps from the beach. Everything was clean and the property was very comfortable. Host was very prompt when we requested a hair dryer. The iron needs to be looked at, it was full of rust.It would be nice to have a later check out. 10 is kind of tough.

Location and kitchen very good - worth the trip.Not worth the cost due to many other issues like stinking septic tank, illegal steps, and busted gates (just to name a few)!!!No issues with the rental mgmt company.

This beach cottage was great for our family. The location is excellent with easy walking to the beach and restaurants. We visited in July and the A/C works great! The front porch is perfect for relaxing out of the sun and afternoon storms. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. And the grill just outside the kitchen and washer/dryer on porch are very convenient. The beds are soft (not firm). My only recommendations would be some shelving in the bedroom closets to unpack clothes and a small vacuum for quick cleanups. I would definitely recommend this rental and MyOcenRental was very pleasant and communicative.

Absolutely loved this place so much! It’s the perfect location on Folly Beach, it’s super cute, clean and the a/c was cold (that’s important at beach rentals, lol)! The beds were comfy and I can’t wait to come back! We had such a great stay!!
