Island Time est d'environ 2000 pieds carrés avec une vue fantastique sur l'eau émeraude. La maison a un grand espace ouvert pour se divertir et une cuisine gastronomique. La maison possède également beaucoup d'espace extérieur (couvert et découvert) surplombant la belle plage et le golfe du Mexique.
Island Time est parfait pour profiter du bruit des vagues ou se rafraîchir dans l'océan! Excellente disposition pour les grands groupes! La cuisine est entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Venez faire des souvenirs et profitez de cette magnifique maison avec votre famille et vos amis.
La maison est située sur Spyglass Drive à l'extrémité est de Panama City Beach. L'emplacement de la maison ne pourrait pas être mieux; vous êtes à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants, boîtes de nuit et à quelques minutes à vélo du parc d'État de St Andrews. Que vous regardiez les baigneurs ou les couchers de soleil, vous ne pouvez pas battre cette vue!

The kitchen was fantastic. One person in our party was a chef and loved the space to prep. The view was absolutely fantastic. The deck had great seating. Only a half a block from Patches our favorite place to eat. Lots of seating at table and counter for everyone and the seating in the living area was spacious. We will definitely come here again.

The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean and had no issues. Loved the fact that we had a garage to park in. The deck was fantastic to sit on and enjoy my coffee. I would absolutely stay here again!

AMAZING, RELAXING

We came down a perfect week. The water was calm and beautiful! The place was very spacious and very nice, the outside shower after the beach was great! I absolutely recommend staying here! Being able to wake up and see the ocean or sitting on the porch listening and watching the moon and ocean was soo perfect!!!

Great view but no garage access

The view was beautiful and a perfect location but it would have been nice to know that we weren’t allowed to park in the garage and the driveway is so short the truck stuck out a little into the road. At least the road was a dead end so not a lot of traffic. Also, for chat and email the response was very quick, however a little curt and felt a little unfriendly. But a lady from Ben’s Beach house came to check on us during a tornado watch and she was very nice. So overall good stay.

The perfect home for a beach vacation! The view of the gorgeous clear blue waters and white sand beaches is amazing. If you want to feel like you are on vacation even while relaxing at the house, this is the place for you. You are right on the beach, the home has all the basics you need, is clean, well decorated and we'll maintained. The view from the living, dining, and kitchen area is spectacular, almost a 180 degree view from inside! The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious, and even nicer than they appear in the listing photos. The beach is steps away, clean, well maintained, and never too crowded. We saw all manner of ships and boats come by since we were near the shipping channel. Lots of sea life was around as well including tons of birds and fish and we even saw dolphins several times! On stormy days we could relax in the house while watching the weather roll in but then run out to the beach as soon as it cleared and have the beach to ourselves almost. Good waves a few days for body boarding and calm seas for snorkeling other days. We absolutely loved our beach vacation in this home!

Excellent Property - great location- views and accommodations

We were in awe of how amazing this house was. The views were better than imagined - 180 degrees of ocean/beach views with the floor to ceiling windows in living/dining/kitchen areas. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living spaces wide open and accommodating. The kitchen is spacious, well stocked and has a great view. The patio offered plenty of sun and a gorgeous sunset view. The white sands and clear waters are at your feet, just down a flight of stairs. We were able to see dolphins and other marine life every day from the patio and beach. The property manager was friendly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We look forward to returning next year!

Dishonesty through omission

When my family and I arrived after a 13 hour drive, we walked into the house to find our view of the ocean obscured by heavy machinery, portable toilets, and a blocked off beach. All of this was directly in front of the house. Around 7:15pm, as the sun started to set, the dozen or so workers turned on very bright work lights. One set of these was pointed directly into mine and my husbands room. All. Night. Long. This happened for 4 nights straight. And, when they drove the heavy machinery across the beach it would shake the entire house. We had no access to the beach directly in front of our beach front home for the first 4 days of our stay. The workers made my two daughters uncomfortable, as they were always in front of the house. They worked all the way through Easter Sunday which was disappointing to say the least. We had planned on doing an Easter Service with our view but could not. We had to call the property manager multiple times to try to resolve this issue with a refund but we were met with resistance from the owners. They got a letter about this construction in September but failed to inform us prior to our stay, they knew that had we known of this, we would've booked elsewhere. The owners stayed the week before us so they knew that the views were obstructed by construction. Oh, and the cherry on top was finding a cockroach in the ice maker.

Amazing

This was the PERFECT beach front location! We went in November and we’re lucky to dodge an incoming tropical storm. The weather was actually ideal. We loved watching the sunset each evening, then walking the beach at night. We woke up each morning and had breakfast and coffee on the balcony. The fencing and gates made it ideal for bringing the family dog along. The beach was never overcrowded. I only wish the house was available for November again this year so we could re-book.

A most fantastic week!!

I really needed to get away from work and household chores and totally relax. This location was more than I could have asked for. The house was fantastic, the view was superb, and the waves rolling in at night were unbelievable. Leaving the balcony at night was almost impossible. I am ready to go back again - tomorrow if I could.

Can't beat the view!

You can't beat the ocean front view from this house! The house was very clean. It is a little outdated and needs a little tlc, but overall a nice house. We had another fabulous time at PCB!

Beautiful beach house

Beautiful well maintained property right on the beach. I have been going to Panama City beach for 20 years and this house was probably the best. The property management promptly replied to my questions, so I was pleased with that.
