Dave was always available anytime I had questions. The home was exactly what we needed for a party of eight to celebrate our family Christmas together on the beach. It’s within walking distance to schooners and that is where we went for New Year’s Eve. Everything was clean and we had the best time in the game room!

This house is perfect for family vacations. Everything in the house was awesome and the pool is spectacular. Very close to the beach with a shed full of beach gear including a wagon.

Amazing House/Location

I can write a lenghty paragraph about this property, but I don't have to. There was nothing negative to say about the place. The pool was the highlight of our stay and sitting on the balcony watching the blue ocean was everything we could ask for. The property was immaculate and updated. There were plenty of beach towels and space to do family activities. We loved it so much, we are already looking to book it again next year!

Beautiful property perfectly situated next to the beach. A water heater was out when we arrived and it was repaired the next morning. David was very responsive.The house was very clean. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

Large, spacious, clean & lovely finishes! We enjoyed the porch & all the seating. Pool was perfect
loved the tanning ledge. We had a lot of fun in the game room. The house is across the street from the beach, but on a very quiet dead end road. There are good beach views from house.

Perfect Beach House

Great house with an ocean view, very short walk to the beach, and large pool. Plenty of space and comfy beds. We were also able to walk to a few restaurants. Can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely

The balcony was a wonderful view to drink your morning coffee! The pool was a plus. I loved the sunroof in the bathrooms upstairs. The proper itself was lovely. Would recommend or even revisit this place again.

Great house

This house was amazing! Great location just across street from the beach. The pool was the best part, was so nice to have it heated so we could also use it at night once temps dropped! House was set up perfect, nicely decorated and updated. We will definitely book again! Dave was also great to work with- very prompt and helpful!

Pool was our favorite

The house was very nice and we had a wonderful time. The pool was a big hit especially heated
My18 yo daughter has special needs so rentals are made with her in mind. She played and swam for hours
and got around pretty well in the house. It was a perfect setup for spending time with each other.The only negative was the stairs got slippery when they got wet which was inevitable at times

Amazing house!

We were able to check in early after driving all evening. This house is extremely comfortable for 8 of us. The pool was amazing! Sitting on the deck and watching the waves was so relaxing. We had wonderful time and will definitely be back! Thank you to management staff. They were very accommodating!

Fall Getaway

This is our second time we have stayed at this home! It’s a beautiful house, quiet neighborhood setting, and the beach only a few steps away!! The heated pool this time of year is always a Plus!! Looking forward to our next visit

Perfect Family House

This place is incredible. They upgraded the pool and we couldn't get the kids out! The location, layout of the house, and the amazing deck all combine for a perfect family vacation. We will be sure to return next year for our third straight year! We never needed to contact the host. That is my definition of a perfect host. Everything was handled perfectly!

Our quiet beach dream location!

We are so glad we snagged this home for our family vacation! The kids loved the pool and we love the convenience of not having to worry about uncleanliness. There was a ton of parking, which was nice because we have big trucks. Beach entry number 2 is literally 50 ft away with no public parking around the area. So basically you're only getting the people that either live there or are vacationing. This is across the street from the beach but it is a tiny road and you can see the water from the porch. We loved the game room and having an ice maker. We had a slight issue with the internet but I want to tell you that the owners went above and beyond to make it work while we were there. I had a lot of charts to complete and had three kiddos who also needed TV. We were very appreciative of their kindness. We will most definitely stay here again!
