First, communication was excellent. We received text messages telling us exactly what to do every step of the way. Place was clean and well maintained. The view was excellent. We've been coming to folly beach for many years and this was perhaps the best accomodation we've had yet. Everything is a very short walk away, the location is super convenient. Two pools plus the beach being a super short walk away meants getting to the water a breeze. Can not recommend this place enough.

Incredible location, just perfect all around! As disclosed, no golf carts are permitted in the parking lot (and they do check!!!)If you rent a golf cart, you can park it outside the gate right across the street for 12/day. No fee for parking on the street from 10pm-7am. It really was not a big inconvenience. Highly recommend this unit and location.

The beach view and location was amazing. It was perfect for our group. 3 couples. Walking distance to town, with restaurants and bars. Many with live music. I walked down the pier each morning and got coffee at the Kokos gift shop. This condo is Highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated 3rd floor beachfront condo with fabulous views. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Pool is fabulous, and love the gated community. The elevator doors sometimes stick and quit working and a sign gets put up that says not working but the elevator actually works you just have to push the open/close button on the doors a few times. The ac wasn’t working well the first 2 days but I let the managers know and they fixed it quickly. There was also no hairdryer but they brought me one to use. Would definitely return to this unit at Folly beach!

Great week at Folly

The condo is dated but a perfect location, clean and perfect for four adults and a 2 year old. Great beach and pools! All we needed to make wonderful memories!

this property was clean and well taken care of. there were a few parts of the condo due to wear and tear and the ocean effects but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here! It was special during the sea turtle hatching season and we could see some hatching areas marked off on the beach. We did have a few issues with the temperature in some parts of the condo being warmer than others but the host was very responsive and tried to assist the best they could. We liked that the condos were gated off with exclusive access so we felt safe. It's right on the beach and has a shower to rinse off afterwards. The kitchen was good-we didnt cook much at all but what we did use the kitchen for snacks, drinks in the fridge and reheating leftovers was easy and convenient. there were many places to walk and eat. We did have rain the week we were there so definitely having a rental car helped but parking was expensive and there was construction which made it a but difficult to find parking but we had a great time anyway. There was an elevator and carts available to help getting things to and from the condo to the car. Parking was easy as well.

6 from across the country gathered after 49 years. The property was perfect. Clean, sizable, great view from the big balcony, waves to lull us, beach access, close to bars/restaurants

Perfect stay for our family of 6

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Clean, very roomy, beautiful ocean front. The process for renting and getting into our Villa was seamless and if we did have any questions or concerns they were addressed immediately. Two beautiful pools too! We will definitely be back! Folly Beach is the best!

Heaven at the beach

I recently stayed at COV316, it was a bright beachy unit with everything you need for a great beach visit. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony watching the sky, listening to the ocean.

Great place

Really enjoyed our stay! The photos are accurate and waking up to the ocean right there every morning was amazing! The only negative I can think of is the couch needs cleaning and the bed in the master bedroom sinks a little in the middle. Kitchen very well equipped and the AC cooled the condo off perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views!

Perfect condo for our group of 4 ladies celebrating our birthdays! Condo was clean and well stocked. Folly Beach is a great little beach town. We walked and rented a golf one day to hit all the tourist spots. We also spent a day in Charleston. It's a quick and easy drive from Charleston to Folly.

wonderful unit. Exactly as advertised. Family had a wonderful stay here. Very clean and up-to-date. Management very responsive to requests. Highly recommended.
