X-Mas in CABO Novaspania- AMAZING - RESORT VILLA- PRIVATE POOL- & QUIVIRA GOLF

I am from New Jersey. As I have gotten older, I have had little interest in cold weather and started to appreciate the warmer climates. I first came to Cabo back in 1999. We spend at least 1-2 weeks every year here and really love all that it has to offer.

I first came to Cabo in 1999. I liked it so much that I purchased a small junior suite at Rose. Every year I came back and upgraded as I really loved all that Pueblo Bonito had to offer. As the family grew, this became the place to have large family gatherings as well as multiple families at a time The Villa can be used so many different ways- there's a place for everyone. I chose this Villa because of its location. There are no buildings between us and the ocean. I sit at the fire pit in the morning with my coffee and watch the sun come up. Later in the evening, we find ourselves at the pit again during happy hour watching the sunset. It never gets old. You can watch the whales breach while sitting in your own pool! You can be on an AMAZING Golf course in just 2 minutes. This place does not disappoint!!

This Villa has it all. You have your own private detached house with a 2 car garage. There is a laundry room between the garage and courtyard. You can rent golf carts for a daily fee (I recommend it). The Villa is spacious both inside and out. The entire Villa is wired for sound (inside and out), so you can listen to your own playlist. The backyard is wonderful...patios, pool with fountains and bar stools, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bathroom all with an amazing view! You can walk all over the resort or drive if you choose. You have access to all of the sister resorts amenities and restaurants.
