Casa Mare est une propriété de bord de mer située à seulement 3 km au sud du centre-ville historique de Granbury. Cette propriété vient de terminer une vaste rénovation et propose de nombreuses activités pour tous les ùges.

Cette propriété de bain 4 chambres 3 1/2 offre un grand patio arriÚre avec une vue magnifique sur l'eau de notre canal naturel. Deux chambres à l'étage ont également des balcons privés qui donnent sur l'arriÚre de la propriété.

La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose d'un quai privĂ© de 55 pieds pouvant ĂȘtre utilisĂ© pour le stationnement des bateaux, la pĂȘche et la natation.

This home is amazing. Clean with lots of space and comfortable beds. Beautiful outdoor area with great views. Fishing off the dock was a blast, caught several catfish.

We loved this home, in a peaceful, swimmable cove. From the big things (like location and cleanliness) to the little things (like soap that smelled good, and great decor) we were impressed. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is the real deal! Right on the lake, perfect location to Grandbury restaurants and shopping. Property itself is wonderfully clean and spacious. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area

Overall, the house was great. Plenty of room and great views. The game room really kept the kids busy. Wished the kayaks were in better shape abd that extra bedding was available for the futon.

Great Property in a Beautiful Setting

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was spacious and clean. Everything we needed for an easy and worry free stay was provided. We especially enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the deck overlooking the water. We will definitely rent again when we get back to Granbury. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

4th of July

Great summer get away right on the lake Super clean, great a/c during the Texas heat and has plenty of amenities to make a good stay. Easy check in and good communication with owners There are a lot of stairs to the dock but worth the ease of access having the boat at our fingertips. 10/10 would stay again

Great house!

What a fantastic home for getting our family together to celebrate our graduate! It was a large enough home that had plenty of space. Everyone loved the accommodations. Thank you for the awesome welcome basket. The sleeping accommodations were good, however the amount of bedding available was lacking. All beds did not have top sheets, which my family members found pretty gross.

Fantastic lake house!

We stayed during the Granbury Wine Walk weekend and it was fantastic! Everything we needed! House was beautiful and the patios and decks were perfect. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfy Spacious Bedrooms

Upstairs bath shower head did not work TVs in the bedroom were difficult to operate. One of the kayaks was full of water and sank when we tried to use it. The igniter on the grill didn’t work. The location was nice and peaceful. The outside areas were relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms spacious but most of the bedrooms had no hanging space.

Granbury House

Nice property with a spaciuos well appointed house-Pros:fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. A cool game room which we didnt have time to use(pool table, air hockey and foos ball). Cons- not enough toilet paper, hard to figure oit the light switch situation and never could figure out how to turn on the overhead sprayer in the small upstairs bath. Had to use the wand.

Girls' Getaway

The town of Granbury was the perfect location for meeting friends from various cities. We had a party of nine, stayed for 3 nights, and the house was perfect. It had plenty of room; nice furnishings; fantastic baths and showers; and was convenient to town. The outside amenities were nice; however, it rained the entire time we were there. Because the house was so nice, we didn't even care. Necessities were provided (i.e., coffee, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.); however, if your party is large, you will need to make a trip to a store to stock up. My only suggestion is to provide detergent for the washing machine, as we ran out of towels. We will, certainly, book this VRBO again!!

Great Lake Get-away

Casa Mare was perfect for our family get away. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The children loved the game room and jumping off the dock. Such a fun and relaxing vacation!

Beautifully remodeled lake house

We were a large family group. Pros:The house is beautiful inside. Very nice remodel and very clean. Air conditioner worked well the whole time and there was plenty of hot water. Large square kitchen table was great for playing games. The game room was great. All ages enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable. Nice amenities in the bathrooms-hand soap for every sink and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided.in the showers. Kitchen was well stocked with good knives and other utensils, also many small appliances.Our group came from many different directions and there was plenty of parking. It's a long curved circle driveway, (with a very narrow curve) but we got the hang of it. It was so nice to have a boat launch so close.The kayaks were fun. And the view was beautiful! Cons: Other reviewers talked about not much pantry space. Miniscule cabinet, so we brought a large plastic bin and put our dry groceries and snacks in it for everyone to find items. Worked well. They need at least 8 chairs for the table (have only 6). There's not enough seating for 11 people to eat together. All the kitchen chairs and bar stools are tall, so a little hard for children and older people to sit. When more seating is needed in the living room, you can't just bring in a kitchen chair. They're all so tall. We brought our own folding chairs in case we needed them, and we did. It would be nice to have one bedroom with twin beds. The fire pit needs a lot of help, and only three chairs down there.

Amazing Place to Stay

We booked this location for our family to celebrate some landmark anniversaries in our family. We loved the location and we were all able to stay comfortably. We would stay here again! They left welcome gifts and made it easy to stay.

Father's Day Weekend

Our family of 8 had a wonderful weekend at CaseMare. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the Game Room was a big hit with the kids and adults alike. Activities in the area we enjoyed were shopping on the Town Square, Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, Babe's Fried Chicken, Rockin S Grill, and boat rental with tube from Sam's Dock. Haven't laughed so much in a long time.

Peaceful

We loved the setting. It was like being in a different world. So many animals on the river, beautiful weather and we loved hanging out on all the different decks. It was big enough for our family of relatives to be together and also have space to spread out. Game room was a super awesome touch! My Mom’s 80 Birthday was perfect thanks to our wonderful stay!

We purchased this property after returning from working overseas. With a weekend rental in-mind and enjoying hosting, we rebuilt the home to be comfortable and relaxing for our guest.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

With a large double lot and many trees, it is possible to see some great wildlife on the property.

From the back patio overlooking the water, you are sure to enjoy the peace an quiet of a early sunrise.

There is nothing like being the first out on the lake for a morning wakeboard session before breakfast and coffee.

Fishing off of the dock is great for catfish, bass and crappie. The 55 foot dock offers plenty of room for parallel boat and jet ski parking and still allow for swimming and fishing.
