Romantic Getaway

We had a beautiful time at this vacation rental. The views of the lake are breathtaking watching the sun come up and set had been our favorite…. The property was clean and suited our needs… The patio need a good cleaning but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a great time. Spent the weekend with my 2 best friends. The condo had enough space for us 3 girls and so convenient to the outdoor pool and hot tub.

Amazing Time

Lake Retreat

We love going to Lake Travis after Christmas each year. This year, we stayed at the best condo to date at the Island on Lake Travis. ITrip members even sent us a facilities update during our stay. Everything was top notch and we will definitely stay at this condo again.

31st birthday getaway

We came down from Fort Worth for a stay on lake Travis. This condo exceeded all of our expectations. It’s a very beautiful location. The hot tub wasn’t working but besides that everything was great.

Great place for sure!!

Nice condo with everything you need. Right off the pool and close to elevator for ease of parking lot. Nice amenities. The only downside is it’s a little far from activities (40 minutes) in Cedar Park or Austin, but if you’re just wanting a relaxing stay and play this is a perfect spot.

Enjoyed the location overlooking the pool and beautiful sunsets. Nice gym. A couple of minor hiccups at check in but property manager very responsive.

Amazing location across from Pace Bend Park

This unit offers 2 paddle boards with easy access to the water. Just cross the river to Pace Bend Park and you can rock climb, jump from the cliff and swim. Great Sunsets views. My daughter and I love this place!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and perfectly located near the elevator and pool. Besides needing a few groceries to make it through the weekend, the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The view of Lake Travis is breathtaking! Along with enjoying the pool and tennis court, we visited nearby Emma Long Park on Lake Austin and Blue Hole in Georgetown. Oh and how could I forget all the DEER roaming the property this time of year (late May) - such a delightful treat! Can’t wait to go back next year!

Nice place. Minor details.

The place was in a great location. Had some inconveniences (dead bugs, non-working elevator, etc.), but still nice place. The balcony is great, but desperately needs ceiling fans (not a want, it’s a need) to even enjoy properly. Overall the property is nice and will be even better if lake levels are ever back to normal. Definitely good for a short stay. Thanks!

Cute condo very dated property remote area

The unit is located in a very dated property that definitely needed upkeep in a residential area that was also quite dated and in an area of the lake with basically nothing to do and 45 minutes to an hour drive to anything would definitely not stay in this area again. The condo was decorated cute; however, the shower doors didn’t close properly bathroom towels were very worn and almost thread bare, and the soap in the bathroom was a combination of different types to conserve $$ I can only guess. All items for the property management not owner.

Anamarta, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Just a few things worth mentioning for those who are reading this... The Island on Lake Travis, which is the condo community you stayed at, is managed by a separate Property Management company. They do not manage the units within the community, but rather the community itself (pools, buildings, landscaping, etc...) so regrettably, there is very little that we are able to do to address those concerns. Regarding the towels - we wish we had known of your concern, as there are plenty of linens and towels on site and we would have been happy to let you know where to find them - we would have gladly even brought more out, had we known. We did check in on the evening of your arrival to make sure everything was to your liking and we did not receive a response. We appreciate you mentioning the shower door - we will be sure to have the handyman out to address the issue. We do try to be transparent with the location, and mention in the listing that shopping, dining, etc are about 45 minutes away. We are sorry if that was missed. Hopefully, you were able to enjoy your stay.

Lovely condo with amazing view!

Hubby and I visited in July 2022 for our anniversary and had a wonderful time! communication with the property manager was quick and easy. They were very responsive and instructions were very thorough! The property was exactly as listed and the location was perfect (away from hustle & bustle). We loved being so close to the pool and the balcony looking out onto the pool/lake was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The condo grounds were so lovely and well maintained. The lake is VERY low, but the area is in a big drought. The pool was clean and water was warm. Lots of families and kids playing. Loved the fountain flowing in to the pool. It was about a 10-15 min drive to the nearest grocery store/drug store and 20-25 min to Cedar park. We got groceries and had no issues driving in for dinner at night. We would love to come back and bring our kids.

General maintenance

Just a friendly heads up, someone need to make their way through the unit and tighten up a bunch of screws, adjust the shower doors and doo a deep corner to corner cleaning. And it should be on record from Saturday night, that the washing mashing isn’t going into it’s spin cycle, This was not at all convenient for me, and I had to drive 38 minutes one way to do my wash at a laundromat. I recently spent two rejuvenating days at a stunning villa that left a lasting impression on me. The villa was equipped with everything I could possibly need, eliminating the need to venture outside. From a cozy bar and grill to a well-equipped fitness center, every amenity was thoughtfully provided. For those who enjoy water activities, the access to paddle board rentals was a delightful bonus. It offered a wonderful way to connect with nature while having fun on the water. If you're seeking a place to unwind, destress, and completely unplug from the chaos of everyday life, I wholeheartedly recommend this villa. It’s a sanctuary where you can relax and rejuvenate, surrounded by natural beauty and unparalleled hospitality.
