This was a great condo for our family Disney trip. It was literally just minutes from the parks. Condo was very clean, it even smelled like it had just been cleaned. Owner communicated back with us immediately, check in and out was a breeze.

Amazing Place

We had amazing time tb this property, apartments so clean and is so easy contacting Carlos, and he answered so fast, this is my second time here and we will return in the future!

Great stay

Our stay at the property was absolutely wonderful. The home was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The furnishings were not only comfortable but thoughtfully selected to make us feel at home. We especially appreciated the extra supplies provided, which made our stay even more convenient.One of the biggest advantages was the property's proximity to the Disney parks—just a short drive away, which made getting to and from the parks each day incredibly easy. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this property in October of 2021 and enjoyed our stay there, so when we planned another visit to "The Happiest Place on Earth", we booked a stay here again. The property was just a nice in August of 2025 as it was in 2021. The kitchen is nicely stocked, there were some snacks, coffee pods and tea bags for our use. Everything was clean and bright, just as we remembered it. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay within a 10 - 15-minute drive to Disney World. Carlos is a very fine host!

Perfect location, very nice Condo

This was the perfect location for Disney. Large kitchen is not shown in pictures but had everything we needed. Back screened-in deck was our favorite spot, very private with a beautiful large tree canopy. Beds were comfortable, although I'm not a fan of the "plastic" feeling mattress pad, in the end it didn't bother me. Check in was easy with door code. Our only issue was the condo wasn't clean when we first arrived due to a mixup by the owner. We left for dinner and grocery shopping, and when we returned everything was perfect.

Nice condo, would recommend to family/friends

When we checked in to the condo, the condo had not been cleaned from the prior visitors. I contacted the owner and he was very apologetic. The cleaning lady had cleaned the wrong condo that day. An honest mistake. The cleaning lady arrived later that evening and cleaned the condo while we were there. The owner offered to refund us the cleaning fee from our stay, and he did refund us after our trip. The condo was nice and met our needs in a good location. I would recommend it to friends/family.

Quick weekend getaway

This unit was in a nice quiet area, conveniently located to the parks. A couple items to be aware of. We could hear the people next door into the night while trying to go to bed. That is to be expected in an apartment style unit, just not something we are used to. Also, we had no running water in either shower. Some quick thinking by my husband and we discovered the hot water heater was turned off. Worked great once we had it turned on, but the water heater was loud, even with the laundry room door shut. I can see why they’d turn it off when not in use, but a heads up would have been great. Overall, the property served its purpose. Definitely more dated than other similar units but would stay here again.

Fantastic property close to everything!

Carlos was a dream to work with! Very attentive and anticipated our needs. He has the property stocked with snacks, waters and all traveling essentials. It was very clean and spacious. There is a screened in porch off the bedrooms that had a beautiful view and was very relaxing. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing rental

Out of all the vacation rentals we’ve used over the years, this has to be the best! My family had an amazing time and I hope to stay here again. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent home base for our Disney and Universal vacation!

We had 4 adults and a child for five days. Excellent communication and smooth process. The condo is well stocked and easy. Would recommend for a family!
