Welcome to Timeless Memories, a family friendly home for you to spend memorable moments with your loved ones as you explore all that Orlando has to offer. Our home is a newly constructed modern designed townhome within a gated and secured community featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 œ baths, styled and furnished with a modern and contemporary design for your enjoyment and relaxation. Timeless Memories includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast island, and a modern dining room to accommodate eight. Coffee enthusiast can take advantage of our fully stocked coffee bar with offerings for both Keurig and Nespresso offerings as well as a varied assortment of flavored teas. Our family room is furnished with a large sectional couch where you can all cozy up in front of 75 inch TV with free Netflix for all your favorite shows and movies, or hookup your Bluetooth to listen to your favorite tunes via pandora on our Sony Soundbar. If you like being outdoors enjoy our furnished patio area with overhead string lights and barbecue. Upstairs enjoy our elegantly furnished master suite with a queen bed, private bath and 47 inch smart TV. Bedroom number two offers a queen bed with a 43 inch smart TV and bedroom number three offers a bunk bed with a top bunk twin bed, bottom bunk full size bed and an additional pullout trundle twin bed as well as a 43 inch smart TV with a Sony PS3 and games for the kids enjoyment. Additional amenities include a security system and surveillance video doorbell for your security.

The home was very clean, comfortable, beautiful location. The hosts thought of every possible guest need. Even down to spray starch for ironing clothing if needed. The house felt very safe and comfortable. It was very quiet during our stay as well. Most of all the hosts were very responsive. Thank you! We didnt want to leave.

House was perfect for our quick getaway! It was very clean and had plenty of space. Host was quick to respond to any questions! One thing to note is the entrance is the same entrance as the school so be aware when getting back to the property when school starts or let’s out. Lots of traffic. Overall was great, would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location of the property was very close to Disney and many food options. Cristina and Javier were very communicative, responsive, and helpful. Lovely location, excellent communication

Javier and Cristina’s place was beautiful, everything was very comfortable. They were incredibly communicative, and when we accidentally left our daughter’s beloved baby doll behind, they were able to locate and ship it back to us. Truly can’t recommend this location enough!

Comfortable Stay

Christina was an awesome host. Her communication was fast and thorough. My family and I felt so comfortable and safe. They loved this townhouse so much. It was very clean and they were so thoughtful in trying to provide items they thought we would all need. I cannot wait to book again for a much longer stay.

Amazing house in a very good location.

The house is just amazing, super clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay, the comfort, the pool and the nice and calm neighborhood. We would for sure stay there again when coming to Disneyworld.

Disney trip

This townhouse was very clean and is a gated property, we felt completely safe there. We stayed busy so never had time to use the pool but it looked nice. We encountered a couple of issues that the owners were unaware of but quickly made right. There could be a few more wash cloths in the house so that you aren’t having to wash every day but other than that we had a great time there and would stay again.

Clean and Convenient

We were only there for a short stay but the property was roomy, clean, and adorable! There was a lot of love that went into this property! The porch area was great! The coffee and tea area was such a great added bonus!

Fine accomadtaions

All of the reviews raved about cleanliness which is why i reserved this home. It was pretty clean, but could use some good dusting. Im OCD and a germaphobe, so i pay attention to detail. Other folks who arent like me, probably would have never known. So i wouldnt negatively review it, just a heads up for others like me. The owners were quick to respond if we messaged them and communication was good. Neighbors got noisy after midnight on our last night, but we turned our outside lights on and they quieted down after. So just a tip if it happens when another guest comes, just turn the outside lights on so the neighbors are aware someone is staying there. All in all our stay was good, and we slept well. We didnt spend a lot of time there as we were at parks the whole day.

Amazing hosts and perfect location

We had an amazing time staying at Cristina and Javier’s condo. It was the perfect location to Disney (about 15-20 min drive) and the condo was well furnished. We took advantage of the coffee bar and charcoal grill on the gorgeous patio. Cristina was very communicative. We left our son’s sleep sack behind and she made sure it was shipped back to us. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!
