Very nice, roomy spot. Great for family. 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms. Pool is a 2 min walk and was property was clean. Rental is done by a company called United Vacation Homes, so look for their emails if you decide to rent. I would recommend this spot. About 15 mins from Disney parks. Grocery and shopping centers within a couple miles.

We were very happy with how clean the condo was at check-in. Also, whenever we had an issue that needed fixing, the property managers responded quickly and the issue was resolved.

It was a great visit

The staying was very comfortable, the only thing I am not so happy was parking, I needed to park far away instead of right outside when we were back late.

Rated 5 for location, 5 for cleanliness, 5 for kitchen and 5 for pool/hot tub. No TV in 2 of the bedrooms and in the master we couldnt watch TV because it constantly buffered. Had to use our ipad. Prob needs upgraded router. Told them and sent a video first day but got no response. You just need to decide if TV is important. Great other than that.

Nice area to snowbird at. Far enough south to enjoy beautiful weather.

Other reviews were accurate. We went to Florida to get out of the cold and live there for two months. This unit served all our needs. Safe area to walk every day, heated pools, good restaurants close, took weekly day trip and enjoyed nearby things to do

Good location, clean property, good communication

Property was just the right size for our family of 6 (3 teens and a 10-year-old). It was clean when we arrived, with no weird smells or major stains/blemishes. It looked well maintained, not run down or dated. Check in was easy. Property managers reached out throughout the week to see if we had questions or needed anything. Check out process was easy. Bedding and towels were good quality.

Overall good location and value. Could use an updated Wi-Fi service and newer living room furnishings since I had to buy upholstery cleaner to clean the couches before I would use them.

Clean but flooring needs help. If you plan on using wifi it’s from the Stone Age, apartment is small but Wi-Fi will only work in living room area.

Dining room chairs legs were coming apart. The beds were very uncomfortable. A little paint would go a long way. Phone connection was very poor. Our contacts were very helpful, and courteous when needed. Great location for our trip. Would stay there again.

Me and my family spent 40 days and the resort is nice but needs a lot of attention is been neglected over the years, pool area needs a lot of TLC, the playground, outside court and club houses were closed the entire time. The appartment is nice but really old, beds are the worst they need to be replaced ASAP, the mattresses are trash, the stove and microwave are falling appart. The roof needs a ttention as it was pouring every time it rain, tried to contact the administration but no respond. Overall is a nice place quiet and am sure that at some point it was one of the best places in the area. Just needs a lot of attention and love. The reception, wifi signal and tv listening were missing for most of the stay.

Overall stay was good, communication was great. The house has some updated flooring in living room. Couch could be updated. The door to balcony was very hard to open and close and had some gaps in door jam. Plugs are loose in master bedroom so was difficult to use some of them. Internet doesnt reach to backside of condo, needs a booster, so TV didnt work well in master. Could use a pizza pan in kitchen. Overall since seems they are in process of updating i would stay here again. Some minor adjustments needed. Parking was easy, check in and out was easy.
