House was perfect! Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was spot on. Host sent a list of local restaurants, some that are walking distance before the stay. House is in a well populated area but it’s super quiet, no traffic noise or commotion. Will be staying again when back in the area.

Great location. Within walking distance for food, shopping and quick drive to Fort Jackson. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful, well cared for home. We absolutely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Excellent!

Our host was very accommodating, our plans changed and we were able to check in early. The cottage had comfortable beds, a beautiful sitting room, and dining area, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Fort Jackson. We would definitely stay again!

A Super clean and cute Bungalow house. The owner, Ryan was super nice and sent great messages with directions, places to eat around there and provided great suggestions. This house is literally 8 minutes from Fort Jackson base (gate 2) and it was less than 2 miles away. It was in a great neighbor and seemed very safe. There is a Publix and Walmart less than 5 minutes away if your soldier needs “pub subs”! There were 3 bedrooms, each with a tv in them and each had a luggage stand to put our suitcases on. They also seemed to have a really stocked kitchen too. This place was perfect for my family. Thank you Ryan for offering such a clean and awesome place for the soldiers families! God bless!

Excellent VRBO--exactly as described. Very clean, neat, and well-organized. The host kindly provides coffee which is a nice bonus. Location is ideal, near bagels, Trader Joes, Fresh Market, etc.. The host was a terrific communicator. Overall, an ideal place, host, and location. We will return.

Basic Training Get-a-way

We came to Columbia for our son's basic training graduation. And this house was the perfect stay. To start with, super easy to get to. When we got there the house was super clean-They had everything we needed for our SITs requested home cooked meal. And huge bonus points it was less than 10mins from Fort Jackson.which was great for family day and graduation.

This fits a family of 4 or 5 perfectly. Could use a few more utensils. Beds are comfortable. One bathroom could be an issue but we managed fine.

Perfect for a girls’ weekend

The house was clean and just the right size. We loved being within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. The host was very prompt to respond to messages and left several suggestions of places to eat. Would stay there again for sure!

Lovely home

We went to south carolina to see our son graduate from boot camp. We decided to use vrbo to get us a place to accommodate us. Everything was so nice. It was quiet and close to everything. Perfect place to stay

Cute house and a great location

Super cute house, great location, accommodating host! We stayed at this property due to my daughter having a weekend full of plays at her school and not wanting to travel across town numerous times all weekend. Check in was seamless, the house was clean with all necessities, and you could not ask for a better location. We will definitely stay again if the need arises!

Quick two night stay for sons graduation so really was only here to sleep, shower and get ready. Close to base, easy to find, had everything we needed. Great stay!

Home away from home

Our host was very accommodating. The property was very nice and clean. Property was very convenient to restaurants grocery stores. I walked to both. The house was well stocked spices, coffee, & a few other basics. I would highly recommend they stay at a cozy bungalow.

Perfect

We came down to Columbia for our daughter’s family day and BCT graduation. This lovely home was only 5 mins from base! A straight shot to gate 2 which made amazing easy access for both ceremonies and then to return her after the off base pass. The host made it extremely easy to check in and was so reasonable to work with if things changed! We couldn’t have asked fore a more perfect place, location, and host for our stay. Thank you for making our trip even more special to us.

Lovely house, very clean, great location

Very nice little house, perfect for our family of 6. Great location near Ft. Jackson for military families. The place was perfectly clean and tidy. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Only minor complaint was the bright lights outside the front bedroom made it hard to sleep (for us country folks unused to it). Could use a few more homey touches such as pictures on the walls. Could use a few more kitchen items, especially towels Some plates were chipped. Otherwise it was an excellent rental. Thanks so much!

Cute House and Great Location

This house was perfect for our family. The house is just as pictured and in a great location that was easy to get to. Truly everything we needed to cook meals was provided in the home. The beds were comfortable. Check-in and -out were easy and communication with the owner was great.
