User friendly family home and secure yard

Great location next to walking trails and quick drive to the beach. Super comfy beds, great linen and towels. Fully equipped kitchen for happy family times.

Great location

It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Closer to the beaches and the dog friendly beach in Nelsons Bay. House is well equipped. But need better lighting in the backyard & bit of cleaning up of the backyard. Otherwise it was a nice place

Property Review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property met our requirements as we had dogs and the yard was secure. Unfortunately we found that it was not very clean in terms of floors and the carpet was disgraceful when I vacuumed it in the bedrooms - even the ones we did not use - I've never seen so much dust come out of a carpet (I'm 57 so done my fair share of cleaning). There is so much stuff in the kitchen cupboards (which I do have to say were clean) there was no-where to put pantry items for even a short stay. I do resent a $250 cleaning charge when we receive the property in this condition, it is far beyond a reasonable amount for a property of that size. We have left the property in better condition than when we found it. The front flyscreen door does not lock easily and needs attending too.

Would have been good to have a Wi-fi internet connection to be able to use our Netflix a/c on TV.

Very nicely appointed apartment, one thing that would be good is WiFi as mobile signal poor in that part of Nelson Bay.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this beautiful home. Best equipped kitchen in holiday accommodation! Great secure yard for our dog. Short drive to beautiful, pristine beaches.Games room could have been better but overall a lovely stay!
