Sea Oats I-103 is an adorably decorated, 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit located on Little Lagoon, directly across the street from the beach. The complex offers deeded beach access to the Gulf. Please note, there is no elevator at this property.



PET FRIENDLY: One dog 30 lbs or less is allowed. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your stay. Any additional cleaning charges will be billed to your credit card.

Nice place. Close to the beach and has a nice pool area. Not super close to town and shops but that wasn’t an issue for us.

We’ve stayed in the unit a few times now and it’s kind of a hidden gem to us. It’s right across from the beach with its own access and showers to wash the sand off. Has 2 covered fishing pears on the bay with lights and fish cleaning stations. 2 pools. Private boat launch. Covered grill area with multiple grills. Covered parking right under the unit. Far enough from everything for peace and quiet but close enough for dining and entertainment. Only place we will stay as long as it’s available. Note it is a stairs only access for those handicapped.

Wonderful vacation

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. Nice beach access. Pool was as nicer than any hotel we have been to. Enjoyed sitting out at the dock shelters in the evening. Everyone we met was so friendly. Would not mind coming back to stay again!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful condo right across from the beach. We enjoyed the pool, bbq grills, and fishing out back on the covered piers. It was quite our entire stay. My whole family really enjoyed it and we hope to be able to book this place again!

Great Stay-"Sand in my Boots" Weekend

Great stay at Sea Oats. The pools were very nice, and access to the beach right across the street was great! Met some condo owners at the pool, some first timers like us and some repeat customers, and all were happy folks. While this is an older complex it was well maintained and a good place to stay. We would stay here again. The coffee pot was not working properly, so I would recommend a replacement :)

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with our accommodations. The Sea Oats I-103 is a charming unit that has been recently updated. We loved being able to fish from the piers out back, plenty of lawn for kids to enjoy and close access to the beach.

Weekend getaway

The unit looked exactly like the pictures, everything was in order. The location was great!!! Just the right distance from attractions, shopping and eating. Also the beach was a short walk across the street. We we're very happy with everything.

Loved it

We loved the property. From our balcony you could see the lagoon behind us and the beach in front of us. It was clean and comfortable. Mike, the gentleman we dealt with for our parking pass was a super nice guy We would definitely stay here again.
