The property was clean and stocked with everything you would use at home. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. It's very spacious in and outside! We'll definitely be back.

Overall, the house is very clean and spacious, enough for days at the beach. The air conditioner in the living room window doesn't work and is quite noisy. The air conditioner in the bedrooms is very quiet, except for the one in the room below; it's quite noisy for sleeping. That's the only negative. Otherwise, the experience was very good. Thank you.

Beach Fun

Loved the convince to the beach. The outside shower is ideal for washing off the sand. The house was clean with plenty of amenities. It could however use a few updates, the deck had a few nails sticking up that caused a few stubbed toes, blinds were needing to be replaced. All in all it was a great place for our family to gather for the weekend.

Spring Break 2025

The unit was functional. A short walk to the beach. Built in 1975 but somewhat updated to accommodate more people. Short walk to store, pizza and coffee shop. Air conditioning provided by windows units which operated well, albeit noisy. Nice deck with water views. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable and relaxing. A good time.

This house was beautiful and spacious. Interior was pretty nice. My only complaint was that the couch beds (which we were counting on) didn't have mattresses. Not a big deal, we managed. Will definitely reserve again in the future.

Galveston Trip

The place had surprisingly plenty of room and beds. It is an older house, but very nice to stay in. It is across from the fire, EMS and police building. So there are a lot of sirens at different times. It was just a short walk to the beach without having to cross the main road we had a great time.

Wonderful place!!

This beach house was the perfect place. It’s nice & has plenty of room. It is so close to the beach you can walk to it. The only issue we had was apparently whoever used the pans last just put them up without cleaning them. We had to clean all the pans we used because there was food on them. Other than that, we loved the place & we would definitely stay again.

Great Location

This was a great location. Short walk to the beach. Wasn’t the best wasn’t the worst. Beds were very uncomfortable in the master bedroom but the master bathroom was very nice. We didn’t use the downstairs portion of the home because we didn’t know it was there. It must have a separate entrance that we didn’t know about. I didn’t realize it until we got home and was looking at the listing again and saw it had more rooms. Furniture is not the nicest but ok. There was a very strong air freshener that I think was coming from the vents but couldn’t figure it out but it was very potent.

relax at the beach

The owner of this house was very helpful in the rental process. We enjoyed the trip and thought the house was well stocked. The only negative things about the house were minor, there is little storage space for food, no closet space for hanging clothes and there were some minor repairs that the house needed. But nothing about the negatives would keep me from recommending this house. If you want a beach house where you can relax, with easy access to the beach, this is a good one.
