Another enjoyable stay

As usual, check in was smooth and easy, property was clean and well equipped. Beautiful views and location. Really had a chance to enjoy the fireworks from the deck!

Family Lacrosse Trip

We stayed here for a few days while my kids played in a lacrosse tournament. The property manager is very welcoming and available to answer any questions. The house is exactly as pictured. The view is spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving Stay 2024

Beautiful location, property was clean and as listed. We are already thinking of staying another time. Our contract, Chris, was great, friendly and informative.

September weekend

There were a lot more personal things in the home than what was pictured in the rental listing. I was surprised how different everything looked. The area was also a little bit far away from all the places we wanted to go to. House gets very hot without air conditioning.

Undisclosed Rules, Unprofessional Host & False Advertising

What we liked: Nice location by the water. House is generally nice with full kitchen. False Advertising: At the time we booked, AC was listed multiple times as an amenity (I have screenshots of the original posting). There were no indications that parts of the house were not air conditioned. However, the home did NOT have central cooling, but instead had central heating. There were a couple of cooling units, one in the master bedroom & one in the living room. These only cooled the living area & master bedroom. 2 of the 3 bedrooms & both bathrooms did not have cooling, which made them too hot during the summer weather for our party. Undisclosed Rules: The host had a bunch of rules that were not disclosed to us when booking (including a rule that no shoes are to be worn in the house). They also expect you to do laundry. Before checking out in the AM, guests are required to not only throw towels & sheets in the washer, but they are asked to dry all towels too. We paid a lot for cleaning & the host asked us to do laundry, clean the kitchen, take out the trash, strip beds & more. When we texted to ask if laundry could be done by the host given we paid so much & we don't have time in the AM, the host replied "All you need to do is just get the towels to the dryer. Not fold them. And you can leave the dryer running when you leave. And just as a side note that [X amount] doesn't even cover what the cleaners get to clean the house. And those are the rules the owners put in place."

The listing accurately states the presence of two Air conditioning units, one on the first floor and one in bedroom 1, with ceiling fans. While we appreciate any guest assistance with tidying, we understand it should be optional. We'll ensure our listing reflects this better. Beautiful views, cozy at home feeling!

My family spent the week here, and saw amazing sunrises and sunsets from the beautiful deck here! The home was extremely clean, and has everything you will need for your stay. The property manager was in contact at all times and very attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Cute and comfortable accommodations! We drove to the Hamptons (45mins) to go the the beaches there. Shirley beach is very close and nice w all the amenities.!

A Perfect Getaway Close to Home

The property was perfect - close to the city but miles away! We shopped in charming towns on both the north and south shores of LI. The house was immaculate - perfectly stocked kitchen - comfortable beds - and the property manager just wonderful - he was attentive from start to finish.
