Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we realized that the online photos were deceiving. The condo was not clean, I think they just cleaned the bathrooms & put a sanitized sign on them. Patio furniture falling apart. Living room furniture needs updating. View was nice. We ate at some nice restaurants a little pricey though. Lulu's restaurant very good food, atmosphere.

Some of the balcony furniture needs to be replaced and the master bedroom needs a new mattress. I Would recommend staying at this property.

The Perfect Spot to Relax

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I discovered this gem years ago because it was pet friendly and even though I no longer have pets, I still return here. Great location, great value, and just a perfect spot to rest and relax. Bender Rental Company is one of the best. The staff is incredibly nice, and I would receive a daily text just to make sure my expectations were being met, and ensuring everything was just as I expected. I have stayed in several units over the years at the Caribbean, and they are all great.
