Great place to stay! Very upscale feel in a historic building. Plenty of amenities and room to relax just watching the trains go by or eating some pizza from Pizza Grace. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful visit! The loft is amazing, so much natural light and the train traffic is fascinating to watch. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The check-in was easy and it was nice have access to the parking lot behind the building. The host was very responsive as well.

Nice building and loft. Communication with host was great. Building is in a nice area but next to the train track. Trains are loud but that didn’t bother me. Would highly recommend!

Great view in a historic part of town. The unit has been renovated to perfection. This is a beautiful place and we thoroughly enjoyed being there.

The unit was perfect for our needs! We stayed for 4 nights and the apartment was ideal for our stay, the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make home cooked meals and adequate means to clean up without having to bring our own cleaning equipment. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The location is great for walking around down town and to local shops and breweries, Michael was very informative and responsive and I would definitely recommend his place for anyone visiting Birmingham!

We were two couples in town for a wedding and wanted to stay longer to do some golfing and explore the area. The unit's location was great - close to downtown and UAB as well as accessing expressways. We even took a short walk to the Saturday Farmers Market nearby. Two bedrooms were great and the common area allowed for games and cocktails at the end of the night. We loved the bar cart that was stocked from "leftovers" from previous guests. We didn't have time to get to a liquor store right away, so we used some of what was there. We appreciated that bonus so we made sure to restock the cart before we left.We had trouble getting into the building initially, but the owner took our call right away and got us past the problem. A great place for a stay in Birmingham.

Great place. Host was great. Our plane was delayed and we didn't get in until 3 am. Host was great working with us to get into the unit. Loved watching the trains.

This place rocks. So cool. So comfy. Great location. Easy access. Rustic luxe vibe. Having trains go by is even cool!!! Second time here and we will be back.
