We had a great time staying here! The house was roomy, clean, & had everything we needed. The owner provided exceptional communication throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Myrtle Beach!

Great location! Clean & Comfy! The pool/hot tub are steps away from the back patio! If you’re a golfer you will love it here as the course & driving range are a half a mile away.

Great condo at Legends

Condo was clean and very nice. Pool and hot tub were right out the back door. Owner was very easy to communicate with. No issues whatsoever. Had a great time! Highly recommend this property.

One of our best rental experiences in every way. Host is very proactive in communion and available as needed. House is as promised or as outlined in write up with lots of amenities to make feel like home. Highly recommend based on experience with our family.

Myrtle Beach Townhouse at Legends

WOW ! Just wow!! This place was so awesome ... right near the pool, beautifully decorated, huge. I was in-town for a family event and everyone had their own accomodations, but we all just hung-out here since it was the best -- all were just as impressed as I was. Hope I can stay here in the future !

Cigarette smoke overkill

Upon entering we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette. One of the reasons we chose this property was it stated non smoking, and a potential 500 fine is found evidence of smoke. Carpets had multiple red and brown stains thru out entire condo. Blinds were heavily brown stained from smokers, and torn and tattered blinds. We stay at multiple VRBOs and only premier partners and I would say heavily disappointed with this stay.

Hi Shayne, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowners, who were surprised by your feedback. They do enforce the no-smoking policy and have not had any other reports of an odor in the townhome or evidence of smoking. They did address your other concerns with their cleaning team. These owners take great pride in their home and want every guest to have a wonderful experience.

Beautiful rental in a quiet neighborhood

Beautiful rental in a quiet neighborhood. This rental is absolutely gorgeous and clean as can be. Everything you need are there. The beds are very comfortable And there are two decks one lower one upper to sit on to have coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. We had some trouble with the television because there was no guide or instructions however we notified the contact and I helped us. I was very pleased with my stay.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

If you want to be in the middle of the action, close to the beach, this is not the way to go. If you are looking to relax and don’t mind 15-20 minute drive to the more active areas of Myrtle Beach, this place is perfect. We stayed with another couple. There was plenty of room for us to gather and also have privacy when we wanted. The road leading to the unit takes about 8-10 minutes from 501, a main highway with lots of shopping and eateries. The community is quiet and friendly. Unit is steps from the community pool, that was readily available and never crowded. The kitchen had what we needed to do breakfast a few days during our stay. Closets had hangers, extra towels under sinks in bathroom. The upstairs bathroom is shared and connects the two bedrooms. Plenty of room to store clothes and keep tidy. Also had lawn chairs in the laundry room, handy for the beach. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Birthday trip

I rented this place for my 25th birthday trip with my friends and we enjoyed the house so much. I had the master downstairs and my bubble baths have never been so amazing. Sitting outside on the patio at night was so relaxing. It’s a beautiful home and I will definitely book it again!!! Thank you for making my birthday amazing!!
