Great Place to stay

Our place was so clean and spacious for our family size. The pool was a very short walk to the unit. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Only recommendation is to have additional cook ware large pot and pan would have been helpful. We would highly recommend this place and would book in the future.

35 Days at the Beach & Golf Course

Condo was pretty much as advertised. Meet our needs. Communication was tough. We arrived and the access code didn't work. Thankfully we got a quick response to this one. I reported the front porch light out on first day of 35 days, nobody ever fixed it. The screen on back porch blew in during a storm the first week and I reported it but nobody came to fix it. These should have been fixed while we were there, but never were. Communication was not what it should have been on other maintenance items that occurred during the stay. Otherwise we had a good stay! Thank you!

This place was extremely clean! I was impressed with how clean it was! The only thing that I could think of that could possibly be a problem would be parking more than one vehicle. There isn’t much room for one compact car so not sure where a second one would go.

This is our second staying here and it didn't disappoint. Everything was as discribed, very clean and comfortable beds. Location was perfect as it wasn't far from any of the golf coures we played.

Great Place

This property was perfect for my group. We come to Myrtle Beach every year for a golf getaway and this property fit our needs perfectly. We loved the large TV in the living room. The property was clean and the layout was great. Nice washer and dryer and this property is right across from the pool. Overall we were very pleased with this property and look forward to renting it again next year.

College Drop off

We stayed at this property a couple days before and a couple days after we dropped our daughter off at CCU. It was a perfect spot for us to come and go from. More living space than we needed. Comfortable. Spacious. We've stayed another unit in the Legends complex and this one was far superior.

Great Property and Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhome at Legends. The clean, tasteful, comfortable property was exactly what we needed, with all the comforts of home. The layout was perfect for us. It was also thoughtfully set up with items a traveler might forget or need. Meredith is very responsive and instructions are simple and clear.

Condo was as advertised. Beautiful & Perfect. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Five minutes to four (4) golf courses and 10 minutes to another six (6) or so. Two miles to shopping and restaurants. Owners/mangers has done a super job of maintaining this unit.

Birthday get away

I really enjoyed staying here it was a very nice townhouse neighborhood was really nice the pool everything was great the only thing is we only had 2 wash rags I didn’t want to be a headache so we went out and got some but over all everything else was great and if I’m in S. C I will rent from them !!!!!!
