Sit back and relax in your own oasis. This stunning vacation paradise is brand new and professionally decorated. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and located in the heart of mid island. Close to shopping and restaurants. This 4 bedrooms and 2 bath vacation paradise has all the bells and whistles. Walk into an open concept great room and kitchen with 14' ceilings and top of the line finishes. Tons of light with double sliders walking out to a deck overlooking the tropical pool landscape. Plenty of space for entertaining and with 2 upper balcony decks on both the front and the back of the house; a perfect spot from sunrise to sunset. A beautiful travertine pool deck with 6 ft privacy fence and covered patio is a fantastic area to gather for a fun filled BBQ. A 6 car garage with for plenty of parking. You won't want to leave this perfect vacation paradise.

NOTE: This property allows one dog 35lbs and under with a $150 non refundable pet fee.

We had a great time is this updated super comfortable home!! Pool was great and very close 2 block walk to the beach. Restaurants in the area were all good as well. Would definitely stay again for a relaxing beach week!

Host responded to questions. Kitchen was lacking in dishes, only 3 glasses and skillets in bad condition. It would not be able to have 8 adults at all. Dining table only for 6 and sitting area only room for 5.

New, lovely mid-island home.

We loved this home! It was tastefully furnished/decorated and well maintained inside and out. The pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The managing company was quick to attend to minor issues and we would stay again unless prices increased.

Great new property with provate pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. There are 20 stairs to pool.

This property is beautiful, clean and close to the beach. This is a new property that is strickly a rental unit. No one has ever lived here, because of that it does lack a few minor things. There is no full length mirror in the entire place, there are no condiments or sugar, also it would be nice to have some place to hang a sweater or jacket by the door. We loved our stay here and would definately rent it again. Heather was very reponsive. We had a problem with the remote entry and she came right over. The pool is beautiful and clean. There are about 20 stairs to enter the property so keep that in mind when choosing this lovely property.

Great location- not so great management

The house itself, for being a very new build, has a lot of problems. Don't believe everything you read in the listing- what they say they provide is either missing or broken. They only provide the bare minimum essentials that only last a day or two- no extra trash bags, only one extra toilet paper which doesn't last long when the house accommodates 10 people, so be prepared to go buy all that kind of stuff yourself. Also be weary of all the clauses in the rental agreement. They basically expect you to clean the entire house and put everything back exactly the way it was or they threaten to charge you a hefty fee on top of the already included cleaning fee that's quite pricey. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at any place managed by this company

Everything as represented. The pool proved a big hit with children and adults as did the gorgeous beach only 2 short blocks away. Attractive, quiet neighborhood.

Best Girls Weekend

Seven friends flying in from all over the country to celebrate a birthday for the weekend…this is the perfect house to rent. The house was clean and stocked with towels and all of the amenities we needed to spend time cooking and relaxing at the pool. Two blocks to the beach with a boardwalk for easy entry. A quiet street in a quiet part of the island. We will be back and enjoyed our time here so much.

Great Location!!

Best girls trip ever!!! The overall experience renting was smooth and easy with great communication from the rental company. The place was decorated nicely with a fantastic indoor/outdoor space. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, grocery store less than 5 minutes away, and 10 minutes to the busier part of the island for dinner or drinks in the evening. We used the rental company suggestion for beach chair/umbrella set up that made it really easy. We had a rental car, so we were able to visit Marco Island (1 hour away) and Sanibel Island (35 minutes away), which made the most of our trip. Although we could have just as easily spent the entire time at Fort Myers Beach since it was so beautiful. Walking the beach at sunset is a must!! This house was a perfect space and location for our trip, and we would definitely rent here again!!

Beautiful property!

Beautiful home - perfect for our girls trip. Pool was awesome and loved the short walk to the beach! Wish there was a full length mirror somewhere and also the hall bath you couldn't open the door completely so no one could get ready in that bathroom. The vanity is too large in depth for the space. Would also love some beach chairs - the ones there weren't comfortable to sit in at the beach so we just laid on towels. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. Loved all the finishes and space!

We so enjoyed our stay! Loved the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to the beach! The kids loved the pool and swam every day. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We would rent again and recommend others to check it out

Nice property

This is in a great location. Sometimes heading to Time Square you can hit traffic during prime season but that’s most places during high season. I would have loved to had a vacuum and some type of cleaning supplies just to do a quick touch up but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful decor throughout the home. Would recommend to friends.
