Beautiful property, the heated pool is actually warm unlike some we have stayed at in the area. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk! Plan on visiting again

House had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, yard was nice for dogs, and pool and pool area was well kept and clean! The owners communicated well and house was easy to access.

The house was nice and clean. Bedrooms had comfy beds and good size. The pool was awesome! The only down part was the space for hanging clothes and clothes in general in 2 of the rooms but not deal beaker! Would definitely return!

Rob is a wonderful host. I had considered canceling due to the hurricane, but he communicated with me very well. The only issue he had remaining was the fence to be put up. We decided a fence wasn’t necessary for our stay and the accommodations are great. The place is very clean and there is nothing missing. Hey and guess what - plenty of toiletries. We didn’t have to buy extra for our stay. Thank you Rob! We shall be back.

My wife and I rent a house late summer every September for the last 3 years in Pensacola Beach. Everything including the owner and the appearance of the home were great. My only complaints would be that the queen bed mattress was worn out, did not sleep well on it at all. Compared to the other homes the backyard landscaping left something to be desired. Other than those 2 things we had a really good stay. We would stay there again if those 2 things were given some attention.

This property was adorable and absolutely perfect for a birthday getaway with my dog and girlfriends! The backyard set-up was everything! The host’s hospitality was incredible and communication was above and beyond! I will definitely be staying here again.

This was our first time to Pensacola Beach and we had a great time! Me, my husband , 3 adult children, DIL and 2 grandbabies! The location was perfect for a quick visit to the beach with the kids…when we could get them out of the pool!! Everything was great! We had the best time!

Great house & wonderful backyard with heated pool and sand volleyball court. Covered porch is a great place to relax and look for dolphins. We saw a few. We had a lovely time.

I had a great day at the sunshine house. Very dog friendly. My puppies had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and everything outside. And I’m in love with that swing ha ha! The host was amazing. If I needed anything, it would be taken care of. We will return for another stay.
