Situé juste en face de Santa Rosa Sound et à trois pâtés de maisons de la plage de sable blanc, ce cottage rénové a beaucoup à offrir.

Le 208 Panferio Drive est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

Le chalet qui accepte les animaux de compagnie a une cour clôturée, un grand espace extérieur / terrasse et une cuisine gastronomique. La chambre principale a un lit king size, tandis que la salle de bain principale a une douche à vapeur et une baignoire profonde. Le salon a un plafond avec poutres apparentes, une grande télévision à écran plat et de nombreuses fenêtres pour une bonne lumière naturelle. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, une cuisinière à gaz Viking et un bon espace de travail. La chambre numéro 2 a un lit queen et la chambre numéro 3 a deux lits jumeaux. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bain avec le salon.

Il y a un patio couvert de la cuisine avec des sièges supplémentaires pour les repas en plein air. Les ponts avant et arrière sont parfaits pour le café du matin ou les cocktails de l'après-midi.

Great escape close to all the action.

I traveled with my 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to Flounders and the shops- but felt we were far enough away to enjoy quiet time on the deck. Home was comfy and had all the kitchen essentials.

The accommodations were great and we appreciated the opportunity to bring our pets . We were visiting family in the area and although the weather was cool (March) we could still enjoy the scenery, the full moon and the sunsets!

The weather was a little chilly but we enjoyed were able to enjoy the beach and family time playing games. We really enjoyed the local restaurants, a couple of our favorites were Red Fish Blue Fish and Shaggys. Paradise Beach Homes staff was very pleasant and had great suggestions and ideas for making the most of our trip. They went above and beyond with the nice goody bag. Thank you for making our weekend getaway even more special.
