Hop in the car and you will be within minutes on the National Seashore with particularly easy access to the Beachcomber, White Crest Beach, and Newcomb Hollow Beach. The house is located in a quiet loop-road neighborhood yet minutes from Wellfleet's restaurants, boutique shops and art galleries, and harbor; famous French bakery PB is a 6-min drive away. The house itself has an open floor concept with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, and understated, tasteful décor for easy living. The living area gives you ample seating for 6. The dining area located in the porch has seating for six and double doors open onto the back deck. The RECENTY UPDATED L-shaped kitchen features a well stocked kitchen. Just off the kitchen are two guest rooms and full bath. Upstairs you’ll find one more additional guest room and separate full bath. After the beach or a kayak trip, head to the outdoor shower by the back porch, and enjoy a healthy al fresco dinner with the gas grill on the large deck overlooking a peaceful wooded yard.
