Get ready for a fabulous beach vacation at this newly redecorated and wonderfully designed beach house, located in the gated community of the Villas at Sunset Beach in Seacrest. This private home is located on the beach side of 30A. Enjoy a short walk along a palm tree-lined boulevard to the large heated waterfront pool, and of course the sugar-white sands of Seacrest Beach. Our home, dubbed ‘Pura Vida at Sunset Beach’, has a comfortable living area, a dining room with seating for 4, a fully-equipped upscale kitchen with a new refrigerator, many small appliances, granite counter tops, and a side breakfast bar. The master bedroom is located on the main level with a king-size bed. There is also a private outdoor patio, accessible from the master bedroom as well as the living area. The private patio includes a small table with seating and a propane heated grill for cooking. Upstairs you will find two separate bedroom suites with private bathrooms. A large covered porch sits off of one of the bedrooms with a small view of the ocean. The shops and restaurants of Seacrest and Alys Beaches are a short walk or bike-ride away, as is Rosemary Beach (0.1 miles). Approximately 8 miles from Seaside.

We have been coming to Rosemary Beach for 10 years, but this is our first time staying at Pura Vida. Everything was perfect! Location was excellent, perfectly nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Easy access to the beach and all amenities in the area. We will definitely be keeping this home on our future rental list!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had wonderful trip and the house & its location was great! The house was well stocked and very clean. Owner Jenn was great to work with and I sincerely appreciate her hospitality with the Key Lime Pie!

How is very close to the beach entrance, well maintained, all appliances working well, fully stocked with condiments and utensils. All the beach gear one may want and the grill was working well, propane available. Owners super responsive and attentive. I would certainly come back!

Great stay on 30a

This home was perfect. It was so close to the beach and had just what we needed for our trip. We used the boogie boards, beach toys and beach chairs. We loved playing board games in the afternoon while the baby took her nap. The home was cozy and very comfortable- even the beds! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Perfect stay for our family

Our stay was wonderful. The location couldn’t be any better with just a short walk to the pool and down to the beach. Also perfectly located to walk to all shops & restaurants. It was the perfect family friendly getaway!

Charming, clean and cozy beach house that is only a few minutes walk from the beach. Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was setup perfectly on arrival, the home was very well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware for cooking. We used the grill to make kabobs and burgers for a sunset dinner on the beach. With 3 little kids and an infant being only a few minutes walk from the beach was key - it made getting to and from the beach so easy. They had a beach umbrella and beach chairs we could use along with some sand toys and balls. Great setup with the master bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms up was perfect for our family. The host was super communicative and helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again!

Our Stay at 30A - Pura Vida Sunset Beach

We’ve been coming to the Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area for years, and this was truly one of our favorite stays. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and the location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and everything 30A has to offer - right in between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach (and right in the center of Seacrest on the “beach side”). We loved being able to start and end each day with the sound of the waves and the ease of access to all our favorite spots. Thank you for sharing such a special home—we’ll definitely be back!

30A Home

The house was very clean, had everything we needed in terms of accommodations, a wonderful location to the beach and pool. The host was very attentive to our check in needs. The host sent us a key lime pie for watering some new palms trees for them which was thoughtful. Overall, a very nice stay and we will most definitely be booking this property again in the future!

Simply amazing and beautiful vacation

The house was amazing. From the moment that we pulled into the parking space, we were thrilled to be staying at the house. My wife just loved all of the details and considerations throughout the house. Games for kids to play, beach toys, everything that you would need to have a great time at the beach. The house was warm and inviting with all of the details that make for a first class stay. Our five nights flew by with all of the time at the beach, which is a very short walk, biking around town, and time spent with family relaxing after a fun day. The entire family enjoyed the house and of course the location. My wife was ready to book our next years fall break at the same house in 2023. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful stay on 30A

We loved staying at Pura Vida - best location short of staying on the beach! This place is literally a 1-minute walk to the beach and the heated community pool, which was never crowded - even over spring break! Getting a heated pool was a MUST for us in March, as we have previously stayed at places with pools that weren't heated - a little too chilly for us in March. We also loved the peace and quiet at night, and that fact that our security was wonderful - no one allowed past the gate without a wristband, and no one after 10:00pm without the key card to open the gate (which only residents have). The beach is absolutely wonderful, and it was super easy to rent beach chairs with umbrellas, although we could have easily used the ones provided as well (we just had a bigger group of friends on spring break as well, so we chose to rent chairs with bigger umbrellas for the group). Jenn was so easy to communicate with, and she answered all questions quickly. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was great! If you haven't been to 30A before, this would be a fantastic spot for a couple, or a family. She will also put you in touch with someone who will deliver bikes to the house for you if you'd like to rent them (which I highly recommend). All in all, it was a fantastic trip!

Amazing Place - busy beach

The place was fantastic - very comfy place, beautifully decorated and located very close to the pool (which was fantastic) and beach. It would be tough to find better. Walking distance to Alys and Rosemary was also a great feature, making for fun evenings out in town. The one thing I would want to be aware of, especially during the busy season, is just how busy the beach gets. Due to the private nature of the home and condo beach laws in this part of 30A, you are restricted on where you can setup (haven’t experienced it to this degree at other FL beaches). Add to that there are beachgoers from Seacrest that get shuttled in and it got really tight.

Jenn & Donnie live in North Georgia but love spending time at the beach with their two beautiful daughters. Both have wonderful jobs and busy with teenage activities and therefore rent this beautiful home since they can't use it as much as they would like. They are both in the consulting world and understands the value of white glove service, which is what you will always get renting from them!

The master is on the main and give the ability to enjoy the living space and dining space but after a long day at the beach it also allows the family to separate a little to get some much needed R&R before getting up and doing it all over again. This unit is both cozy and spacious and steps away from the beach!

This unit offers very comfortable living space both inside and out, and being steps away from the beach allows you to come and go as you please.

The neighborhood is 0.1 mile from Seacrest, 0.3 to Rosemary and 0.2 to Alys so your food, shopping and drinking options are a plenty. And you can literally park your car and walk or bike the whole week.

The grocery is also a 5-10 minute drive.
