Great property with ample sleeping space for 5-6. Very clean. Nice location near enough to middle stairs, pool, and beach. Beautiful view off of the balcony.

I have stayed here two other times. We love the property and the condo. If I had a complaint it would be not enough towels and didn't seem as clean as other years. The pull out is always dirty linens. We got the insurance this time and good thing because I dropped my shower gel bottle and it broke the shower/tub knob. That small mistake could have coated us over 500 but this time we got the insurance so only 50. Would I stay again... yes I love being there, it's my happy place

Perfect for a small family vacation

This place was wonderful to stay for our family of 3. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and amenities on site. Grateful for such a smooth check-in process and beautiful place to stay at Atlantic Beach, very family friendly!

Another Amazing Stay

This is our 2nd time staying in this property and we just love it. It is well appointed with kitchen items for cooking and the location and views are wonderful.

Enjoyable family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The staff at “A place at the beach” take their jobs very seriously, so there was a little hiccup in the check in process. However, overall we had a great stay. The owners were very responsive to questions . The pool was very nice and the water slide was so fun for the kids. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at A Place at the Beach. Lots of fun things to do and right on the beach. The kitchen in this unit was a galley type kitchen with not much room to cook. Perfect if you plan to eat out most of the time.

Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation! My daughters and I enjoyed all the amenities and easy access to the beach. Only issue was internet was spotty because they were working on it during our stay which my young adult children were not a fan of lol. Everything else was perfect and the place is beautiful!

Nice place, great for families

The place at the beach is in a nice quiet location, but if you are looking for an adult only place to relax at the pool or by the beach you may want to consider a different location. This is a perfect spot for families to bring their children. A lot of amenities to keep the children busy.

We had a great trip. The condo was clean and comfortable for the three of us (2 adults and 1 child). We had a great view of the pool, grounds and beach. The only improvement that could be made is the kitchen equipment needs an upgrade as some of the posts were very dated (one had rust in the bottom. Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful "Flip flop Bungalow"!

We truly enjoyed our stay at your property. We loved the resort and the quietness, the manicured lawn, and that it provides a security guard. Everything was clean and in excellent conditions. I highly recommend it as one of the best in the area.

Atlantic Beach Trip

The property was a good size for our family of 5. The owner was extremely easy to work with and very friendly. The location to restaurants and shopping was really nice as well. My kids loved the pool and the slide. Being close to the beach made it an overall great experience.

Great Location

This condo is nicely situated in the center of the building with great views of the pool and play area as well as the ocean. It was nice to be able to keep an eye on the kids from the balcony. The condo was nicely furnished and well stocked. We enjoyed the property and would stay again.

This property was perfect for two people. We love staying at A Place At The Beach because of the location, easy access to the beach and the many opportunities for fun activities. The condo was clean and has easy access to stairs. We had some difficulties with the key on check in but the manager's office was on top of it. Great customer service. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
