CONFORTABLE HARTWELL LAKE HOME AT GREEN POND LANDING

Cette chambre 2, 2 salle de bain confortable maison du lac est idĂ©al pour les familles. Il est situĂ© dans une crique tranquille, mais Ă  proximitĂ© des grandes eaux du lac Hartwell. Ceci est une propriĂ©tĂ© privĂ©e avec un lecteur fermĂ©e. Il est situĂ© Ă  25 minutes. de l'UniversitĂ© Clemson, Ă  20 mn. de Anderson, SC, Ă  10 mn. Ă  partir de I-85, et Ă  2 minutes de Green Pond Landing. La maison est juste en face du lac de Portman Marina oĂč le gaz non-Ă©thanol est disponible.
Il y a un grand quai avec Ă©chelle de bain et peut accueillir facilement votre bateau. La grande cour a beaucoup d'espace pour courir et jouer et pour garer votre remorque de bateau. Il y a certainement place pour entamer un jeu de balle amical, donc apportez votre football ou ballon et bat.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec vaisselle, ustensiles, et les petits appareils, mais pas de lave-vaisselle. La grande salle a une table avec des chaises pour 8. Il y a deux tables supplémentaires pour jouer à des jeux et des puzzles. La véranda offre une vue magnifique sur le lac et est particuliÚrement agréable au coucher du soleil. Il a également des siÚges confortables pour 4-8. L'un des 2 ponts extérieurs supplémentaires a une table avec des chaises pour 6. Il y a une douche extérieure pour rincer aprÚs le lac amusant.
Chacune des 2 chambres a un lit queen size et sa propre salle de bain complÚte. Tous les draps, les serviettes et gants de toilette sont fournis. Il y a deux chaises longues et un canapé-lit dans la grande salle.
Il y a plusieurs restaurants, des épiceries, des pharmacies, des appùts et attaquer les magasins, un magasin de matériel, et un magasin d'alcool dans un rayon de 2 mile.
Ceci est un endroit parfait pour ceux qui assistent Clemson jeux de ballon, pour les pĂȘcheurs, et pour les familles qui veulent juste un endroit idĂ©al pour jouer et se dĂ©tendre.

Great location on the lake! We were in town for a concert, but were tempted to just stay by the lake all day! We would enjoy coming back just to enjoy this lovely property. We enjoyed learning about Aunt Fran and her impressive legacy, both personally and professionally. We were also excited to see about 10 deer including fawns next to the driveway one afternoon.

JOYful time!

So enJOYed our stay! The perfect location if you need access to Green Pond Landing which we did for the Bassmaster Elite Tournament. It is actually in walking distance, so convenient!! Since we were in driving distance from our home, we brought most if not all of our own amenities, but WOW, they had everything! You can show up with nothing because they have it all!! The place was very clean and exactly as advertised and shown, no disappointments. This place was definitely ideal and would be a delight to return in the future. Thanks so much!!

Family Weekend

Everything about this property was wonderful for our family. Great location near Clemson, to visit our Tiger. The view is amazing and so relaxing. The home has alot of wonderful history and very clean. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for our family during a high school bass tournament. Kitchen is fully stocked and enough room for all. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location ( home is def dated but worked good for us) Would have like to have been able to watch TV unable to get it working the entire time Even tried to watch VHS or DVD and player would not work either. But like I said we loved the location and slept good

We enjoyed our stay so very much. This home was so close to the Green Land Landing Boat Area for my husband’s fishing tournament it really made everything so easy.

Great Place On Lake Hartwell

First, Sally and Billy are great! We were able to meet them up on arrival and they quickly made us feel welcomed. The home is well kept, very clean, and comfortable. The location on the lake is great, and having a private dock to tie up to was so convenient. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow, and Sally is quick to respond during the process. The local community is has a "small town" feel (like where I live), and folks are friendly. There are a few smaller stores, restaurants, a tackle shop, and a marina all within 10 minutes of the house. Overall we couldn't be more pleased with our stay at this location, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location

We stayed here for a fishing tournament at Green Pond Landing, and I can’t believe how close we were. Easy walking distance . Check-in was a piece of cake. House is comfortable with an amazing view of the lake. We watched the boats come and go. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location

Four retired Air Force members stayed here for a week to fish the ABA, Military Tournament out of Green Pond. The location was perfect for either trailering or tying off to the dock. The back porch is where we stayed most of the time catching up and telling stories. The house had everything needed with plenty of room for 4 adults.

Wonderful place to stay

I must say Sally Boggs absolutely went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasant stay at her property. The property was neat and clean at well stocked. If I ever make it back to Lake Hartwell I will try to rent this property first.

PERFECT BASS FISHING LOCATION

THIS PROPERTY IS PERFECT WHEN IT COMES TO LOCATION , PARKING AND OVER ALL PRESENTATION. FOR ANGLERS SEEKING THE ULTIMATE IN POSITIONING , THE HOUSE IS A 2 MIN DRIVE FROM GREEN POND LANDING. AND EVEN WITH THE LAKE SEVERAL FEET BELOW FULL POOL , THE DOCK IS STILL USABLE AND MAKES FOR EASY ACCESS TO THE LAKE AND CHARGING FACILITIES FOR BOATS. Close to Clemson

Wanted something on the lake but still close enough for a Clemson game (about 30 minutes). Beautiful views of the lake and Sally was very responsive to emails. Interior needs to be updated, but overall a good place to stay for the price.

Labor Day

Our second stay at this location. We absolutely love it. Even though it rained most of the weekend, the screen porch was our favorite spot. We will definitely be returning.
