Wonderful location

My husband and and I stayed at this property over springbreak 2021, while our hs senior bunked up with friends and a very daring parent just a few blocks away. The location of the property was perfect. Less than 2 minute walk and in the heart of the village with restaurants, bars and shopping. Less than 5 minute walk and your feet are on the beach. Pool right outside the door. Parking (which is nearly impossible to find otherwise) is just outside the unit. We did not spend much time in the unit but no issues with cleanliness, comfort or the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend and for the price in comparison with other properties in the area, could not ask for better accommodations.

Very loud! Condo is on 1st floor, we heard every step, bounce, comb/brush drop upstairs! The people upstairs must of had kids cause they were running and jumping all the time till VERY late! The AIR CONDITIONING FILTER is VERY DIRTY! Maintenance man needs to change this out fast! We took it out so some air could get thru…. The dirty one is in the closet so you can see how dirty it is. Overall it was nice place and convenient to a lot of places in the Village…

We're always sorry when a guest is not completely satisfied! We do ask that guests contact us about any issues during their stay so we can address them. The unit above has removed the tile flooring and reinstalled with sound proofing underlayment to minimize sound carrying to the unit below. Routine maintenance is conducted regularly, including replacing AC filters monthly. Filters should never be just removed - we ask that guests call our maintenance manager for any issues.

This place was even better than expected. Super clean and stocked with all of the beach essentials. Chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Everything that we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen as well. The best surprise was how close the unit is to the pool. The gate was directly across from the screen porch. There is a cut through right across the street that is a short cut to the village and beach access 4 is right down the road. No busy streets to cross. Given the proximity to the village, we expected more noise but it was actually very quiet. The ceiling fans are great and helped dry towels quickly. Laundry is also very close (just inside the pool gate). Not having in unit laundry was not an issue at all.

Siesta 2021

Dirty, no dishwasher or disposal. Unit in poor overall condition. Management company should fire cleaning company. Smell from fridge and no ice maker. Worst property I have ever rented!

We go to great lengths to accurately describe the unit in the online description and with up-to-date pictures. This property is well maintained and professionally cleaned before each rental. We strive to get everything perfect, but in the event we miss anything our maintenance and cleaning managers are a phone call away. This is a great unit in an excellent location in Siesta Village and enjoys a long list of repeat guests who return year after year.
