The Space:

"Beachwood Retreat" is an ideal location for any large family travelling to Phillip Island. Its central location on the island makes it perfect for a quick step outside to the Beach, a short walk to the town (10 min). Or an 8 min ride to the Penguin Parade in the evening.



This house offers a grand and open living space on the first floor for the family to have a shared space, but also has its bedrooms located on the edges of the house for more Privacy.



Enjoy an evening on a 6 burner gas BBQ with the family in summer, or a warm fireplace inside in winter. This house offers the best of both worlds.



The Main Floor has a large open kitchen that suits all your cooking needs for a large family dinner. A large cooking island in the middle with bar seats for breakfast.

From the kitchen, down to the relaxation pit, a lowered seating area with a large corner couch, and a large Flatscreen TV, and a Gas Indoor Fireplace.

From the main floor, you can step outside on a decking area from either side to catch those last rays of the sun.



Free WIFI throughout the house.



From the main floor down the hallway access, you have two large bedrooms, with queen size beds and ample closet space. Divided by a large shared Bathroom with luxury Jacuzzi Bath.



The main floor on the other side next to the garage offers room for the third bedroom, ideal for kids, with a queen-size bed, and a single above double bed bunk bed. A Large Flatscreen TV in the room, and much closet space.



The Second floor offers an extremely large bedroom, with Queensize bed, TV, Ensuite, plenty of closet space and your own Balcony.



Outside a massive garden for those moments of silence and an outdoor shower for a quick rinse after swimming or surfing in the ocean.



This house offers the possibility to get away from everyday stress and busyness. Beachwood Retreat will welcome you and will leave you with a warm rebalanced feeling when the check-out time arrives.



Please note, there is ample parking space available, on the main driveway, but the garage if off-limits on request of the owners.



The Neighborhood:

This home is very close to the only north-facing side boat Ramp at Anderson Street. An amazing Beach to swim with families due to lack of currents and waves.

About a 10 min drive to the GP track.

8 min drive to Penguin Parade

10 min drive to Nobbies.

2 min drive to the main town of Cowes.



Getting Around:

A bus stop is located close to the house on Church street please request from us the exact stopping point.
