Cette maison joliment meublé surplombe un lac avec une vue magnifique sous tous les angles.
Il dispose de 2500 sq. Ft. Sous air avec une projeté dans une piscine chauffée et jacuzzi. Chauffage électrique disponible pour des frais supplémentaires de la piscine. Cette maison a été décorée avec goût et dispose d'un très vrai regard de Floride. La suite principale dispose d'un lit King Size, salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche séparées, un dressing, et une entrée privée à la piscine. Il ya deux chambres supplémentaires dont une avec un lit Queen et l'autre chambre a des lits jumeaux. Il ya aussi un bureau avec un ordinateur et une imprimante et un canapé convertible.
Cette maison est située dans la communauté Crown Pointe qui a un Club House avec le travail sur gymnase, courts de tennis et une taille plus Piscine chauffée.

The property fit our needs perfectly for 2 families with 3 young teens. The pool,hot tub enclosed out door room were perfect.It was a pricey choice for us but we were well satisfied with all it had to offer in every way.Would love to book again!

A great stay! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The view of the lake made for great mornings on the screened pool area. The location was near the beach, shopping and nature trails. House was large enough for family to visit. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We even barbecued a few times. Overall an awesome time! Highly recommend.

Excellent communication with Sal, the owner. He answered all our questions, and our stay was fantastic! Great location, and the neighborhood was beautiful! We used the pool every day, and it was perfect! Our family can't wait to stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the heat worked well. We would recommend vacuuming the pool floor due to sand and debris…maybe the filter wasn’t working?? The house smelled very clean when we got there and the main surfaces were clean, but we noticed many areas needed deeper cleaning…a lot of dust build up on light fixtures and greenery on higher surfaces. We didn’t use the upstairs at all, but we noticed that a little bit of paint touchup would go a long way to make it look really beautiful. Also the pool area needed some power washing, which we tried to do with the hose. We also washed a few windows and the TV in the living room because they were very smudged Would also get wheels on the green outdoor garbage container for wheeling it to/from the curb. We aren’t trying to be negative, just some helpful suggestions we would do if it was our home. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would like to return with our grown children next time. Thank you!!

Awesome home !

Our family of 4 had a fabulous vacation in Naples area using this home as our "home base." The pool area is fabulous, love that the living area and master bedroom look out / walk out to the pool area. Great home to enjoy, and a short ride to downtown Naples for all that the beaches/town have to offer! Homeowner was very easy to work with during reservations/while on vacation.

Best Naples Getaway

My wife and I are from Miami and we routinely travel with our two daughters to Naples during summer break. This trip hands down ranks as one of the best we’ve ever had. The house we stayed in was beautiful and clean. It was spacious and had a wonderful home away from home vibe. I would recommend staying here 100 percent. We are already planning our return trip next year. It was a true pleasure and Sal was amazing. Everything we needed was provided and he was excellent in communication throughout the whole process.

unforgettable stay, highly recommended!

This property is absolutely stunning and in a perfect location. It is few mins drive to major grocery stores, Naples downtown area (Fifth Avenue) and top sandy beaches. The view of the water from the pool area is amazing. You can pick at birds, ducks and small rabbits while relaxing in the pool and having your meals. Sal has been a great host by offering us the house impeccably clean and organized with whatever 4 adults and 2 kids needed to spend an unforgettable vacation! Great House in a nice neighbourhood

We had an awesome stay in and around Naples. The house is perfect for families/groups of 5 to 6. Enough privacy for all since House is on 2 level. Great pool & outdoor area that invites for barbecue & swimming. House well groomed & and you have alle you need & even more. It‘s close to supermarket (5min) & beach (10 min) as well as near important spots. (Zoo, Downtown 5th ave, Shopping, Highway) We‘ll defenitely come back in future. Beate, the housekeeper, was very helpfull with all kind of questions. Thank you!

Paradise

Crown Pointe was a perfect location, quiet , private and perfect for all ages. The house is clean, well decorated, fully equipped, and a pleasure to wake up in daily. The community pool , workout room , tennis courts and activities are perfect for young and elderly. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in , the bedrooms had several sets of sheets , blankets and were spacious. The large screen tvs located throughout the house made it easy for all to have provacy and be able to watch whatever they wanted. There were two bikes to ride ,fishing poles and beach chairs for us to use. The jacuzzi and pool were a pleasure as was the ability to sit in the screened in porch. The neighbors were helpful and inviting. We all enjoyed our stay and would return to this house again and again. Thanks for a great stay!!!!

I want to thank Lou Anne and her party for being such great guests. They took care of my home like it was their own. They helped me resolve and took action on all situations that come upon us when we own a home. I hope in the future they will consider coming back. My neighbors also loved them and had a great deal of fun with the Lou Anne and her party. We all hope we can have people like Lou Anne rent our homes. I hope to hear from them all in the future.

Hot tub does NOT get hot

Every year for the past 8 years (with the exception of last year Covid) I have rented a vacation home from Vrbo, usually in Naples or Marco Island. The top Must Have on my decision of the house is, lanai with pool and HOT tub. Unfortunately the way the house is listed says, heated pool and jacuzzi, we do not offer POOL heating months of July-October... which is fine, but I did assume the jacuzzi HOT tub would be hot/ I didn’t understand the pool and hot tub run off the same heater. so we really couldn’t enjoy the hot tub at night which is one of our favorite things to do after a day of fun. I did contact Sal and he did explain about how the pool is heated and did have the pool guy turn on the heat to about 87 degrees at no charge, that made the pool a nice refreshing temperature for day swimming. We never did see or hear from the house manager but Sal the owner was great with communication. The house does need a few upgrades, dryer, main tv, toilets... That being said, The house and neighborhood was very beautiful and we did have a lot of fun swimming in the pool during the day. I would not rent the property again solely because the Hot tub not able to get hot, but if that’s not an issue for any other renter, then rent this house, it’s a very nice house and located in peaceful area.

Good Time in Naples

House was clean. Good location. Pool & hot tub were very nice & worked well. Nicely set up. Big upstairs that we never used. Our dog enjoyed her stay. Interior and furnishings could all use updating. Nice to have the garage and opener. Enjoyed our stay.
