All guests are encouraged to use the handrail when accessing the internal stairs to bedroom one on the top floor, as they are quite steep.Please note, as the property sits alongside State Highway 1, guests should be aware that there will be traffic noise that carries over from this road during their stay.As the property has no front gate and has direct access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
