Suite 215 est une suite au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage avec une vue imprenable sur le lac de Charlevoix. Cette unitĂ© offre une chambre avec un lit king size et une salle de bain avec une baignoire. Suite 215 a une kitchenette Ă©quipĂ©e avec vaisselle et ustensiles prĂȘts pour les repas en suite. Cette unitĂ© a une table Ă  manger en taille rĂ©elle et une vue spectaculaire sur la ville avec une unitĂ© de fin. Le salon dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit queen size, d'une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. La porte coulissante en verre s'ouvre sur un balcon privĂ© qui surplombe notre plage privĂ©e.

The condo was beautifully renovated, well appointed and immaculate - I couldn't find a speck of dust or anything out of place if I tried! I wish I could move into the Water Street Inn and live here forever! I will be coming back as much as I can and definately using Northern Michigan Escapes for future rentals in the area.

Great location and view!

The condo was comfortable and beautiful. Easy walk to BC restaurants and bars, and just a 15 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would happily stay again in the future!

This condo is on the second floor of 3. The location is walking distance to everything you will need. It is quiet, peaceful and serene. Because it is a corner room the views of the water are outstanding. The hospitality at the front desk was excellent. No keys just a code to get in works wonders. Fully stocked with most essentials. You will definitely not be disappointed.

Excellent view of Lake Charlevoix and morning sunrises, just a flight of stairs away from the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for a couple, probably room for a couple of children as well. There was a property manager on sight everyday during business hours. Fortunately we didn't need anything but nice to know someone was there if we did. Location was excellent, 5 minute walk to just about everything in Boyne City and an easy drive to Petosky, Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, etc. Several golf courses within 15 minutes. We ate at most of the restaurants in town, our favorite was Cafe Sante which we went to multiple times. The SkyBridge is about 10 minutes away, we were there before the fall color but still a scenic chair lift ride and bridge walk. The scenic view of Lake Charlevoix from the Avalanche Preserve lookout at the top of a 462 step flight of stairs was also pretty good if you have an hour to spare. Highly recommend this condo and location.

Price was good and a short drive to Boyne Mountain. Great location for restaurants and stores. Amazing view of the lake - even saw a bald eagle Sunday morning sitting on a piece of ice. We will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to the area and have already recommended to friends.

Beautiful and Clean

We loved our stay at the Water Street Inn. Clean, quiet, and cool after coming in from a hot day on the private beach. Had a gorgeous view of Lake Charlevoix, a perfect opportunity for incredible sunsets. Minutes walk from cafes, shops, and restaurants. First time in Boyne and we will definitely be back! Thank you
