Suite 311 est une suite au troisiÚme étage, entiÚrement rénové et décoré avec goût, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac de Charlevoix. La cuisine dispose de magnifiques comptoirs haut de gamme, d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et d'un grand four. Vous trouverez cette cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des ustensiles et des plats pour préparer les repas. La table en verre de salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size, d'une cheminée à gaz et d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 ''. La porte coulissante en verre dotée d'un balcon privé donnant sur la plage privée. A l'étage, vous trouverez une salle de bain avec une douche Euro fermée avec portes vitrées et deux lavabos séparés. La chambre à l'étage a un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat 32 '', et encore une autre vue spectaculaire sur le lac Charlevoix.

This is a great condo! Check-in and out are super easy. Bathroom and kitchen look newly renovated. Everything was very clean and you can't beat the location.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing lake view. Close to everything in downtown boyne City.. Very walkable. Chris at the front desk was very helpful. Will be staying here again!

Place with a View

Beautiful unit and location. Only 2 issues, no fire in fireplace. Flame is so tiny, wouldnt even look like its on. Also no patio furniture, like shown in picture. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay & views.

The units are spacious and provide incredible views of Lake Charlevoix. Some units have more updates than others, but all are clean and comfortable. Finally on vacation....

I thought the condo was very nicely decorated, clean and the air condition worked well and kept it cool during the warm weather. I found the kitchen lacking in that it only had one glass wine glass, no serving platters and the knives and cutting board were in bad shape. We were there for 4 nights and there was only 2 garbage bags and 2 packages of coffee, 2 dish washing tablets, etc. Overall a great place and would consider staying again despite the few shortcomings will just bring my own kitchen items.
