La suite 312 est une suite au troisiĂšme Ă©tage offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Charlevoix depuis le salon et la chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage. L'unitĂ© a une cuisine complĂšte et est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec vaisselle et ustensiles prĂȘts pour les repas dans la suite. Cette cuisine offre une table Ă  manger pour deux et deux tabourets de bar pour des siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires. Le salon dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit queen-size, d'une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. La porte coulissante en verre s'ouvre sur un balcon privĂ© donnant sur notre plage privĂ©e. Loved that everything we needed was in walking distance from the Water Street Inn. We enjoyed the short rides to explore Petoskey, Charlevoix and even Mackinaw. Short but Nice

Only stayed one night. Overall pretty nice. Could clean up the cable mess under TV so not visible. They sell mounts that go behind TV so all those cables are hidden. Replace shower head. Otherwise all good.

Nice get away. Just poor timing.

Nice condo and perfect for two. Def recommend replacing the handle on the toilet. Flushing was very difficult. Great job providing all the hooks to hang items. Area walkable with nice restaurants and friendly staff. Disappointed no local locals to rent bikes. Still post Covid issues. Timing of stay very poor weather wise- cold & rainy most our stay. This nixed using the lake & beach area! Maint also took advantage to complete projects & landscaping which added to noise
.We ended up checking out a day earlier. Weather no fault. Just a bad deal.

Great Family Condo for a Ski Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay in Unit 312 Water Street Inn! Unit was spacious and updated nicely. King bed upstairs and pull out sofa bed was perfect for our family of 4. The on site staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the convenience to Boyne Mountain ( less than 15 min drive) but we also liked being within walking distance to so many restaurants in Boyne City. We loved Gilda's French Bakery for breakfast, we enjoyed a very nice dinner at Cafe Sante and one more casual evening at Lake Street Pub. Would definitely stay again!
