Free Water Park - Beach Resort, Clean, Family Friendly

GREAT PROPERTY:
Perfect property for families. The resort's water park features a lazy river, large water slide, large pool, kids splash pad, and a large jacuzzi. There's also a poolside tiki bar and restaurant onsite, a free movie theater, indoor playground, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, table tennis, billiards, playground, BBQ grills, activities staff with daily scheduled activities such as bingo, arts and crafts, shows, and so much more. Indoor playground closed down until further notice.

GREAT LOCATION:
Pier within walking distance. Port restaurants within a mile. Central Cocoa Beach four miles away. Port Canaveral a mile away. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away (this is the closest family resort to Kennedy Space Center).

CONDO:
The spacious two bedroom condo accommodates up to ten people with a king bed and sleeper sofa in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and the living room features another sleeper sofa. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, free wifi, private balcony. Self parking is complimentary.

NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park. There's a beach shuttle or you may walk to the beach/pool. It's only a few minutes if you walk.  Please inquire prior to booking with any questions about unit assignments or buildings for specific weeks.

- An ID and a credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.
- Guests can pre-register for their unit at 11 am on their arrival date to place any requests such as higher floor. These are not guaranteed, and on a first-come-first-serve basis, but your room will be
prioritized for cleaning and they will call you when the room is ready.

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.
